Love the food. People who work here are mostly great. I've had one experience where I was less than satisfied. It's my must stop at place when at New Street.

Who is the friendly guy who works here who is always loud, happy and has a joke with everyone!! He is just ace! Makes my morning seeing him. He needs a promotion and pay rise at once. :) xx

I was lucky enough to be offered my purchase free of charge however even without that I think the place is awesome!
I've always loved the products and ethos of this company. But I was disappointed to find they'd stopped serving Chai latte :-( Then I saw a Turmeric Latte and asked what it was like. They told me and I said I'd try it. They immediately gave me one free of charge and hoped I'd like it. I did. It's now my go-to drink of choice. As always though...excellent customer service from lovely people. Thank you :-)

Feel the need to give a massive shout out and thank you to the lovely lady in Pret A Manger Birmingham, New Street who just gave me lunch on the house after I went to pay and realised I didn't have my card. You had no idea I'm having a stuck in traffic, car breaking down, forgotten jacket, running late, broken nail, walked to a supermarket for lunch and realised I hadn't got my purse so walked back to the office grabbed purse and walked back to treat myself to a pret and found my card wasn't in my purse - kind of day and you didn't have to so kind.
Your generosity really made my day especially having just finished a training session about the impact of automation of jobs!

Always Fresh! Quality Ingredients!
I've always been a Pret loyalist owing to their "fresh" take on food and beverages.
Ginger Shot - one of the most unique and quality cold beverages that money can buy. Taste packed with goodness! It just doesn't get better! Cold pressed ginger mixed with clear apple juice.
Thai Red Chicken Soup - one of the best and healthiest versions of the Thai popular dish. A bed of quinoa topped with spicy Thai red curry with chicken shreds and veggies. Absolutely delicious!
Chana Chaat Flatbread - surprisingly tasty, it's a classic take on Indian Chana chaat (street food) which is used as a stuffing in a tortilla wrap. Great for vegetarians!
It can be a tad expensive when compared to cheaper corner cafes, however, what you're always assured is quality ingredients put together in mouth-watering recipes to delight!
Popped in this morning for some coffee and breakfast.
It's a small store, so it's not loads to choose from, but the pastries were fresh and yoghurt pots tasty.
Lots of seating upstairs, code for the toilet on the receipt.
We enjoyed people watching out of the window.
I absolutely love Pret a Manger! The variety of their menu is amazing and always leaves me spoiled for choice. The food is fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. I had cappuccino and brownies here before heading back home visiting Birmingham. The seating arrangement was great. Plenty tables and chairs. They have ground and first floor seating areas. Staff are friendly.
Nice place with tasty coffee,you can relax on central road near Piccadilly,feel morning and eat something healthy.
Here you can find porridge 🥣 and nice sandwiches 🥪.Clean and positive,good stuff with smile on their face.

Upstairs was completely full: no sit at all; whilst ground floor there is place for 5.

Decided to have coffee at pret a manger for a change and we enjoyed it. Plenty of seating upstairs with veiws over the shops below. Plenty of customers doing there own thing, reading, working, talking, homework and even photography. Just be careful carrying hot drinks and food to your table.
Some mornings, I pop in to this branch and get my mocha. It is freshly made and the service is swift. I'd like to say a big thank you to all the staff here because they are really kind and just brighten my day up with their positive attitude and smiles 😊

The food is delicious! I had the hummus & salad. I'd only make one suggestion however. They need a lift, I found it difficult to struggle up the stairs with a plate of food, a drink, & my umbrella. I have mobility problems. Also a wheelchair user would not have been able to get up at all. Thanx!
Delicious breakfast, especially freshly made hot pastries. They have so many nice options for breakfast and lunch, but portions are small and pricey.
Nice standard pret, they come and give you the coffee which is nice.
Lovely staff. Always welcoming and cheerful. Have visited the city twice in recent months and this place has been a real oasis. Thankyou everyone for being so nice. Made all the difference.
