Excellent Italian place, the food was delicious and the service was very nice.
Only minus is that the music was a bit to loud, otherwise a really nice place for a couple or large group.
Recommend it if you are craving Italian in Birmingham!

There are many branches of this restaurant but this was the first one I’ve tried.
The experience was excellent, luckily because they had heated outdoor seating
Upon arrival we stepped into what seemed like a nightclub. It was exceptionally noisy even for a Saturday evening. Luckily there were tables outside that could accommodate us.
The staff were wonderful at making sure we had everything we needed and despite being outside we didn’t feel neglected or watched. 5 stars to the wonderful service staff.
Food was great. Some food was a bit tasteless but in a healthish way so we didn’t feel too bad. The dessert was out of this world. You MUST order the BUDINO DI PANETTONE. It was honestly the best dessert I’ve ever tried. I would certainly go back just for this.
The outside heated area was great. Clean and very warm. The only downside is that towards the end of our meal some quite loud groups arrived sitting outside and smoking which was a shame. Personally I don’t think smoking should be allowed in these covered areas but that was the only negative and it was a weekend.
The best Carbonara I’ve ever had. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Definitely will be back soon.
Went there for a lunch on Friday with my daughter for her birthday meal. We were greeted by lovely friendly lady waiter and straight away were seated at nice table by the window. We ordered strawberry and lime cider for a drink which was absolutely delicious and my daughter had a soft drink. We have 2 types of chicken as a main and courgette fries and greens and new season potatoes as a side dish . All was fresh, chicken was so tender and food was brought within a very little waiting time. As always it was very nice experience and we will be returning for a meal next time when we visit Brum.
29.10.23. Another visit and another great meal. Pan fried sea bream was so delicious and so big portion- I had to take half of it home for my mum to try. We also had pasta with chicken- very tasty and roasted potatoes, house salad and of course fried courgette. Services was kind and professional. Very happy customers.
Have had a few solo dining experiences and enjoyed all of them but I had a big work celebration here a week or so ago for 13 people and everyone was very happy with the experience.
Personally, every time I've been here the service has been great, the food above average and the wine list excellent.
I'll be back again this week!
Booked for a romantic valentines meal, dined here last night for the first time and wow, what a lovely dinner and atmosphere! Food was really speedy and it tasted so good, the crab ravioli and prawn linguini were both so fresh, you could tell tell it was fresh and not frozen seafood. The restaurant was so busy yet staff were attentive and looked after you. We never usually done somewhere twice due to there being so much choice but we are already looking forward to booking with piccolino again.
Good food variety, the menu contains a variety of foods, from steaks, pasta to fish, and pizza.
The portions are quite small for the price that you pay, and probably because it is Brindley Place, all the prices are pumped out.
The chicken was good, but on the dry side, so I couldn't eat it all. The new potatoes taste good, but I asked them with fresh parsley, and I received them with a cooled basil mix.
There is no parking around the restaurant. However, there is a Q Park a few steps away.
The staff was very friendly and professional.
The restaurant design is ok ish, slightly aged and very dark inside.

Came across this place shortly after arriving in Birmingham for the first time.
The food was outstanding and the service was brilliant. We were served by Raf and he is a credit to the business.
Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back the next time we visit.
Early evening dinner with a work colleague while on business in Birmingham. A warm welcome. We were served by Irene, who was a real credit to your restaurant - knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly. Food was excellent. The sharing dessert was a great way to get the best of the dessert menu without too much guilt! I would definitely come back.
Pizza was delicious but some items, including ox cheek, unavailable. No children's options - ordering a whole adult pizza for a 9 year old feels like a waste. Great wine choice. Disinterested waiting staff at our table who took a while to respond to requests.
Have been here several times over several years and the food never disappoints. Service is always friendly, kind and accommodating. Seafood is always fresh and deliciously prepared. Highly recommended for a special occasion or an delightful time out, lunch or dinner.

I’ve been a regular customer at Piccolino Birmingham and I love this place. The staff are very so friendly and take care of all your needs. Gianni and Danilo especially as they run and manage the restaurant incredibly professionally and make sure the food, the service and drinks are at their very best. In comparison to other restaurante this one really gives me, my family and my guests much more than a restaurant experience.
Came her with work colleagues, and they managed to fit our large group in without a reservation. Friendly service and good food. Larger than expected portion sizes for this type of restaurant.
