Its my first time to try this restaurant i am
absolutely satisfied, it felt like the restaurant we had in Qatar, the food is good much better than other middle eastern restaurants in the area, service is quick and not that friendly but it does the trick and i am happy with it. The Tabbouleh is good! Missing bit more of mint but this one is really good, it goes with everything! Well done guys! Hope to try your hot drinks next time
Fast, friendly and efficient service, very good quality food and drinks. Plenty of options including vegetarian and vegan dishes. Reasonable prices and a nice ambience, will definitely be back in the future.
Food was amazing! Their branch manager Vicky is very accomodationg, the restaurant itself has a cosy vibe into it. Love to dine here and have coffee.

First time visiting, tried this place after a friend recommended. Food was nice, well flavoured, Feel for what you pay, the portions could be bigger. Food was overall flavourful and tasty, but not WOW. Service was good, however felt staff had to manage multiple tables so would get confused at times, for example I asked for chilli sauce and got a fork? But things like this sometimes happens. Good vibes and feels. I would recommend visiting and trying at least once.
really lovely place. First time trying Turkish coffee was a real treat was so nice. staff were friendly, and big cool decorated room. Will go back and try other coffees!

Have been a few times across Birmingham. This had to be the best visit to date. Really nice Spanish latte and chicken shawarma. Service by all the staff was really nice. Thank you again ladies :)

First time here and can't say I was even slightly disappointed.
First thing I noticed was the decor, different and inviting and the aromas that hit you on arrival make the welcome even better.
The service was quick and efficient in the spacious seating area. I'm pleased that this isn't the type of establishment that crams lots of tables and chairs in.
I had a chicken shawarma wrap, which was delicious, accompanied with fresh mint and black tea.
Very reasonably priced, great service and quality food. I'll definitely be back again.
Food was delicious, vegan and gluten free options, even vegan baklava, yummy! Very helpful staff - ladies and Nour especially... The new updated menu with even more options made it difficult to choose :) I will have to come again... Apologies for leaving mess behind
When I entered the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience. The restaurant was neat, people are very polite and it was bustling. I had to wait for 5-10mins as suggested by the usher. The ambience portrays a middle East feel. Now coming to the dishes, all the dishes were of excellent taste and quality which you can see from the pictures I have posted.Its definitely a value for money. The service was as well very good. Overall I had a very good experience... Hopefully they continue to maintain it...

I’ve been coming here for quite a few months working from one of their tables to conduct support sessions with various participants. The staff are kind and warm and not pushy for me to keep ordering food and drinks - allow me the time and space to work.
Nice atmosphere and very comfortable, lots of power points and good selection of hot drinks and food.
Loved the food. Second time here in Damascena Harborne. Excellent service from Aworas and Rahi. Friendly staff especially Aworas. Will be back again for sure.
Food was amazing, recommend the hummus shawarma and the fuul 🤩 drinks are particularly amazing, great venue for having coffee/ tea and little bite to eat. We were served by Rahi who was great

the place is nice, it was not very busy when we visited but definitely the service could be improved. overall, it is a bit overpriced in my opinion
Amazing café! This place really has its own unique vibe and is well worth seeking out. You're greeted by friendly staff and a wealth of baked goods and baklava on the front counter. Towards the back, there is a good sized seating area and outdoor dining area. The menu is traditional Middle Eastern dishes, and a decent amount of it can be made gluten-free and/or vegan. The service was fairly quick (Sunday afternoon) and the staff were very helpful. The food and drinks were fantastic and fairly priced. There's also good facilities for disabled customers and baby changing. All in all, a great experience. Can't wait to go back!
