Been to O'Neills couple of times, last Saturday night being the latest. It's a cool place to enjoy a drink or to shake a leg. Beautifully done up place, lots of seating space too. Giants screens on the dance floor and O'Neills is located right at the middle of Broad Street. I have heard that they serve good food too, however we only had couple of Guinness pints. Atmosphere was good.
I had one of the best breakfasts of my life here. The mega Irish breakfast was perfectly filling and tasted delicious, service was great and the atmosphere is really good, very well decorated.
Really fun venue on a night out. DJ playing good tunes and sometimes have a live band.
Let down a bit by slow/disinterested service but otherwise very good fun place
This was a fabulous pub to go for a drink at, with a vibrant design including decorations on the walls! Text appears alongside these and the ceiling is pretty too, the counter is well-presented and the staff seemed nice. I enjoyed a pint of Coors, sitting back on comfy seating at a clean, large table!
The staff were very welcoming. Ryan was very helpful with giving us directions to and from the restaurant. Stacey was very polite and gave great customer service. El did and amazing job at cooking and preparing are meals. We would definitely recommend coming here 😊.
We would like to say a huge thank you to David firstly for holding onto our lost bag from the Cheltenham festival (which we thought we lost on the metro) it was a lovely surprise. David goes above and beyond and is so friendly and polite. He makes us feel so welcome we have 2 booths reserved for the grand national which we enjoyed with a few friends. The food was also fantastic. I can only rate this the best place for sports and food and great hospitality. Thank you David :) Lisa & Mark
Came here 2 days in a row whilst on a trip to Birmingham. Both times the staff were amazing (especially Ryan), so friendly and very helpful. The food was also great, hot, tasty and arrived quickly. Will definitely be back in next time we're in Birmingham.

Hosted our university football club awards night in the upstairs room. Brilliant venue and lovely staff. Everyone had a class night and a big shout out to Sam, Ryan and the bar staff who made it the success it was. See you again soon🦌❤️
Really lovely food with plenty of options of the menu including veggie/vegan food and all reasonably priced, good atmosphere, very friendly and fast service from all the staff who all do an amazing job at making their guests feel welcome

Great Atmosphere but can be overcrowded. Drinks are expensive but you get to club for free hehe. Live music, DJ in second floor and live band on 3rd floor. You can find people in all ages groups but mostly are on their 20’s.
Visited here for a bit of lunch and a cold pint while passing by around 12:00 today (22/08/23).
Food - cooked perfectly and great that can substitute the chips for other options. I had the side salad being as light lunch - well mixed with salad that photo doesnt do justice! The southern fried chicken flatbread, packed with chicken, served piping hot and full of flavour.
Drinks - ice cold and perfect for this warm day. Just what needed.
Atmosphere - background music perfect volume, air con running (it's warm outside) and generally chilled feeling. Tables clean and cleared quickly too.
Staff - they really make the place so great. Happy and genuine welcome. Everyone, from at the bar to food service during my visit today - 10/10.

We came here (9 of us) for the Liverpool v Chelsea Carabao Cup final and the service was fantastic. The food was amazing (thanks so much James). The atmosphere and the service was spot on, staff were really friendly and we had a fantastic time. I know my cousin comes here regularly but I'm sure the next time we are in Birmingham we will be stopping by! Thank you all so much for making our experience a fab one! 👌

Lovely food but could've done with a bit more gravy for my pie. Staff were friendly & the service was really good.
Returned later on in the night. There was a good mixture in ages, there was karaoke on and everyone was having a great time. The doorstaff were really friendly and made you feel welcome as did the bar staff. Next time I'm in Birmingham I will definitely be back.
Been coming here for a couple years now, I do enjoy coming here, the staff always seem friendly and helpful and they have a good selection of drinks. I just think the food is okay, considering how good the place looks the food isn't great. Small portions, barely any colesaw and salad for burgers. I'd come here for drinks but the food is a little boring.

Good place to watch sports with a cup of coffee
Only came in for a quick meal but ended up staying awhile talking to Thorn (one of the managers) extremely nice and a great person to talk to. Lovely experience, kind and helpful staff (very professional), great food and service, all round highly recommend
