Best curry I've had. And I include a trip to India in that! You can tell they cook everything to order and use fresh ingredients, down to the chilis and herbs.
The last time I visited Basmati was pre-covid and honestly I don't know why I left it so long to revisit.
The staff were attentive without being overbearing, the food was really flavoursome with good portion sizes and brought to the table within a good timeframe considering it all looked very freshl
Third visit for us while here for work. The food is excellent, slightly off piste menu, which is great...we'll be back again next time we visit 😀
So impressed with this amazing restaurant. After being at a close relatives funeral all day, 10 of us walked in here at gone 10.30pm at night, and they were incredibly accommodating to us and welcomed us in with open arms. The food was absolutely delicious and it was a really nice end to our emotion
We are staying the night in Birmingham and came here due to the reviews and we’re so glad we did. I had Onion Bhaji as a starter. 4 huge bhaji's. Then a Basmati Tawa Delicacy with a garlic nan. Superb

Every item ordered arrives fresh, the naan bread is cooked to perfection which is a tricky thing to get right, the meat in all dishes I've ordered is tender and of high quality produce. I have just found my best Indian restaurant, unfortunately I live in Devon, but will be returning to this restaurant as often as I can, the meal I have just enjoyed is by far the best that I have ever had, do yourself a favor and try it if you are passing or like me working in the area.
