Damascena Coffee House - Moseley Village - Birmingham - Photo album

My go-to and favourite breakfast/brunch place ever. Food is always fresh, authentic and yummy. They never disappoint. But it has gone VERY expensive recently 😕.
Had a lovely breakfast sharing platter. Varied menu, good service and atmosphere. Lara and her colleague were lovely, very pleasant and attentive (maybe a little rushed off their feet as it was quite busy). Would highly recommend and we will certainly visit again!!
This restaurant gives a feel of a quite hide away when you enter its hidden eat in area at the back. The soothing smell of fresh coffee hits you when you enter and a comforting feel welcomes you when you are seated in the restaurant, further in the building. Service was amazing, food arrived in go
I love the Birmingham Damascena, so when I found out the original one started in Moseley, I had to go and try. The food tastes very good and fresh and there were good vegetarian options, however service was slower than expected but not concerning.
A great place for lunch, we had a lot of dishes to share and it was amazing. One dish arrived 10 mins after the others but this didn't detract from the meal overall. The green tea with mint was also delicious
Food, decor and ambiance is nice and cosy. Service was a little slow to begin with put picked up. Food came out very quickly. My only gripe was (as others have mentioned) the portion sizes. Given the price I expected double the portion size. So unless you’re not very hungry worth checking out….
Beautiful food and drink and great service! Wheelchair access good too! Had a lovely time here
I came here with a friend for a relaxing Saturday lunch. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to eat. The food was amazing and there are so many choices of drinks. The price is very reasonable too. I enjoyed it so much and went back the next day with my daughter for a Sunday lunch. It was deliciou
Lovely branch and atmosphere as usual, just wondered if the banana whip milkshake has changed recipes? It used to be better with dates & banana… unfortunately now it tastes just like vanilla ice cream and some nuts at the bottom… bring back the old recipe it was a favourite
