I recently dined at Indian Streatery in Birmingham, and it was a delightful experience! The flavors were authentically Indian, and the ambiance was vibrant. The highlight for me was their delicious mango lassi; it was perfectly creamy and refreshing. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. Overall, I highly recommend Indian Streatery for a flavorful culinary journey.

Enjoyed a different type of lunch. Kind of combo. Home style chicken curry plus a roti coz I knew the combo wouldn’t be enough for Indian stomach 😜. Loved the warm food and good service by sushan

Great food and lovely ambience . We tried the tiki chat , samosa chat and chole bhature . Chats were really lovely and nice portions but Chole bhature could have been better . It was our first time at this place and would definitely be visiting it again .

We came here on the recommendation of a friend and had a marvellous time. Initially when we arrived, they had no tables. They booked us in for an hour later, and when we came we were shown straight to our table. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The menu was explained, and we were recommended a few dishes. We ended up following his advice, and got the perfect amount. Everything we ate was delicious. We had the chef's special chicken dish and a spinach and lamb curry, as well as a few sides. We both tried the tea, with the ginger one being our favourite. Price-wise, this was excellent value for money. We paid under £20 per person and felt very satisfied. All in all, would definitely go again

I popped in for a quick lunch and enjoyed a minted lamb pakora burger which completely hit all the right flavour notes. Perfectly seasoned, full of flavour, great texture and generously sized. Will definitely go back the next time I'm in town to try more of the menu.

Such a great experience, I highly recommend going there. The service was very welcoming and helpful in picking which meals/drinks to combine. The food really felt home-made and was packed with flavours. The decoration and overall atmosphere was good. I recommend the first mocktail with vanilla, and for food take your pick, some dishes are similar to Mediterranean ones (aubergines and minced meat) and there's a great variety of bread. Prices are also good

The food was good, however we had to wait nearly 35-40 minutes after the order. We were served by Abhi, who kindly greeted and helped us through menu.

Indian Streatery is unbelievable. The food is very tasty! I really enjoyed the chicken chaat with the pakora wings. I tried their spring menu also which had a lovely raspberry sparkling water which is I enjoyed. 100% the best Indian street and cultured restaurant in the West Midlands. I will be coming back here again!

Visited this Indian restaurant for lunch while at work and it was good. The restaurant is very close to work and had a lunch offer which was the pull for it. The curry was pretty good and I went for the optional Chai as well which was top notch. The portion size was smaller than expected for £6.50 compared to prices in B'ham and the chai would have been better if it was bundled up with the food which would make it less costly. But we shouldn't complain about paying £2.50 for a good chai when a Starbucks costs £5. Will try a proper sit-down meal here later and review.

First time going here and had always wanted to go and wow so glad I did. Me and my sister went before going to the hippodrome. The staff were really helpful in explaining the menu and what was what. They were very attentive and made at all times we were ok and enjoying the food. We order some small plates to share. We had the chicken pakora burger, the minted lamb burger, lamb kofta and another dish. The flavours were amazing and so fresh that good we order another two dishes of lamb kofta and lamb and spinach with another garlic bread. I can not rate them enough and the food really was out of this world.we will be returning but I do advise you book as only a small place and very busy xxx

One of the best Indian food places in the city centre. Bharta and Kulcha is a must try if you are okay with Aubergine. They have a few interesting Cocktails to go along.

I went to visit recently and was pleasantly surprised with the food and service. My server, Rajni, had a great knowledge about the menu and was very helpful in describing what went well with what. A very friendly server who made my experience memorable. The food was delicious also so credit to the chefs in the back too.

Great Indi-cafe experience, we took a quick hop while on our way to London. A good variety of street snacks, home cooked black daal & green/red chapattis were amazing. On top, staff had warm hospitality & were courteous. A must visit if you are looking for street food & home cooked meals.

The staff did well handling a large amount of guests, and everything went pretty much okay. The menu had a unique combination of food and drink, and was something new for me. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. I liked the drink "Angry Indian", it had a nice spice. The pakora burger was good as well. As a whole it was very nice, and the flavours worked very well together. The burger however had a bit too much pakora and not enough chicken for my preference. The masala chips were nice and very crispy which I appreciated.

Really nice food, and great staff. We were initially sat by the door, but asked to move because of the cold. They put us onto a large table in a private corner even though we were only 2, and the place was full. It was perfect, will definitely visit again.
