Went yesterday to have tea, approx 5pm for 5 people. 2 adults, 2 teenagers 14 and 16, and one 10 year old.
Although they were very busy, service and food was great.
Everyone enjoyed their meals.
We also got cake to take home which is enormous! But very tasty.
Will definitely be going back!
Carvery looks amazing as well so will be back for that.
Don't come here often but when we do food is always lovely. I always come for the Carvery and today everything was cooked to perfection! Including the roast potatoes! Daughter had chicken combo and she said hers was hot and also perfect. It's a Lovely clean family pub, food is always lovely and as always friendly service

Having breakfast with Santa at Heathfield Farm was truly a magical experience. The restaurant was decked out in festive décor and my children's eyes lit up with excitement as they sat down to enjoy a delicious all you can eat breakfast with the man in red himself.
We were treated to an amazing Christmas dinner, complete with all the trimmings, the perfect way to round off the Christmas weekend.
Visited this pub restaurant on several occasions with Hub and family for a carvery, good food and atmosphere, traditional English puddings, drinks average price.
Also a good selection of giant fresh cream cakes in a display cabinet.
Spacious seating areas, friendly staff.. Clean Toilets..
Fairly large car park with adequate parking spaces.
I have been here so many times and always forget to do a review but it is absolutely fantastic. It has that proper Yorkshire pub feel but really lovely restaurant at the same time. I normally get a carvery because the food is always so fresh - the pigs in blankets are amazing but absolutely love the lasagne and burgers off the menu. Last time I went Holly was fantastic, so welcoming, very helpful and persuaded me to buy a cake that was incredibly delicious - very happy I bought one! Will definitely be back.
Lovely service from James, what a friendly member of staff. Made our experience really personal and enjoyable. Always checking if we need anything, smiling and being very helpful with our requests. hire more people like him. ❤️
We celebrated an 80th Birthday today and Holly and the staff really looked after us. Thank you to Holly and the staff, for a good evening and look after all 18 of us.
Called in this afternoon for our a carvery, Not too busy which was a surprise.
Carvery was good as usual and the cheese burger was as to be expected.
Apple crumble for desert with a cup of tea.
The carvery chef also gave me an extra Yorkshire and very generous helping of meat.
Staff friendly.
We visited for tea and couldn’t fault it anyway. Our waitress was great. Very efficient and has a great sense of humour. Maisie served us today, job well done.
