We are so made up with our visit this afternoon! We moved to the Woodchurch from heswall 2 years ago and missed having nice local places to go to. With such a bad reputation when we first moved we gave the arrow park pub one chance and with being so disappointed we didn't go again. We arrived today sceptical but just wanted something quick to eat. They by far exceeded our expectations. The food and drinks were fantastic at a great value... my curry was so delicious I didn't get chance to take a picture but my husband order 2 lots of the chicken new yorker which was as equally delicious but he did get a picture. Once our meal had concluded and we were on our way out we had a good chat with Michelle who put all our worries to bed. It sounds like they've done a great job cleaning the place up. We will now return regularly and are proud to call this our local pub. Keep up the great work! 😊 the only thing disappointing about this trip was the pool table was "out of order" as we love a good game of pool with our drinks before dinner but I'm sure they'll get this fixed soon
*EDIT* because they fixed the pool table very quickly so we got to play today and our very big, energetic dog was completely welcome there too. Great pub and a bonus it's dog friendly in the bar area

Meet up with my friend here to put the world to rights! Laid back, chilled atmosphere. Never feel rushed. Food is fab. Staff are an absolute joy, nothing is too much trouble. Ellie & Amy looked after us. Staff this pleasant are worth their weight in gold. Thank you ladies. 😊
Had a lovely cooked breakfast here yesterday before our trip to Southampton. Food was very nice and was served to us very quickly. Big praise for the young lady Tanith who attended our table big smile and very friendly definitely brightened our day. Thanks Tanith m
Two mini mixed grills which were perfectly cooked. Amy our server was helpful, polite and professional. Checking our food was hot and cooked how we liked it. The other lady behind the bar was pleasant and welcoming when we entered. Amy explained how we could order at our table using an app or at the bar. Would definitely go back.
Always come here for lunch and tea. Lovely staff. The manager amy especially is lovely, very helpful esp when I got a parking ticket & she sorted it for me so I wasn’t stressed. Amazing service
We had a lovely meal today the family. Food was lovely and pipping hot. Pudding was wonderful. Value for money at its best . Well done will definitely be coming back. Thanks.
Friday night visit. Had a local singer on doing requests. Buy one get one free one burgers and offers on bottles. Was served by a girl called Amy who recommended the quadzilla burgers that were absolutely massive.
Popped in for breakfast with my family, I'm gluten free and there was nothing on the app for breakfast available for me, went to the bar to ask and they explained they don't offer a gluten free breakfast option but they especially ordered me a breakfast with GF toast, egg topper, bacon and beans. Shout out to the morning staff on Monday 29th August for being so helpful and accommodating. Food was lovely!
We went to the Arrowe Park pub for a Christmas meal with the entire family and I can honestly say that all the staff went above and beyond to make our afternoon a special occasion! They decorated the table for us and ensured the little ones had something to entertain them. The kitchen staff ensured all of our dietary requirements were met (which for a large group can often be tricky!). Looking at the menu, there were great deals to be had every evening. We ordered a mixture of meal deals and non meal deal dishes - all of them were equally amazing! The size of the meals were generous and they were amazing value for money - We even took some home!
We had a great afternoon and were able to really relax and enjoy ourself as the staff were so fantastic! Will definitely be going again!!
Came here for a family meal of about 10. Service was great, although there wasn't much of an atmosphere but that could be because it was early in the day. It was super Saturday where select big plate specials are at a great value price of £8.50. I ordered a crown of burgers and unfortunately it looked like it had been thrown together with no care. One bun actually had no burger. I would rather wait an extra few minutes to receive something that looks nice. Not even picture worthy. Other than that, no issues. If I return I just won't be ordering that particular meal again. The waiting staff and bar staff were fab.
Our local. Feels like home. Always a friendly atmosphere and great value for money. Very accommodating staff. Nice place to eat and chill.
Superb value for money, tasty food, quick service, great price, nice chilled atmos at lunchtime today..
Great experience here, little bit busy but still loads of spare tables and seats, especially up in the window area which is a nice place to eat. Amy and Elly were the only staff I saw, but they were managing the pub really well, no queues at the bar, orders taken quicky, tables were cleared and cleaned and food arrived in good time. Amy was knowledgeable and helped me with blue light discount and offered to bring our hot drinks over, Elly was friendly and made time to interact with us and a child that was with us. Overall a lovely relaxing hour or so in there, and we will definitely visit again, thank you.
Enjoyed lunch with my friends last Thursday, staff were lovely checked if everything was OK with are food etc .
We got the chicken wrap which was really big as well, come with salad too, great value for money.
Had a lovely time ,spotlessly clean too .
Had a lovely family meal here this evening. The pub was busy but we didnt have to wait too long to be served or for our food to arrive. 7 of us were served at the same time and we all had different meal. Staff were friendly and attentive but not intrusive. i would highly recommend this pub and we will be back. The bonus is the dog is allowed in the bar area. so i now have a good excuse to stop for breakfast or lunch while i walk the dog.
Great pub, lovely food & even better staff. The staff are welcoming, friendly and always have a laugh. A pub who's got its communitites best interests at heart.

My friends and I had a lovely experience at the Arrowe Park pub last weekend. Food was great and the service was faultless by Karissa. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
As a party of 24 people, a mixture of adults & children, for my mums birthday we were unsure where to go to celebrate. From booking, service, food & seating area these guys were fantastic.
The staff were so friendly even though it was clear that they were run off their feet-it was obviously a busy Saturday-& they could not have done more if they tried. Totally professional & very welcoming. The food, for a large group we expected a long delay, but it all came out to us very quickly & every meal was perfect.
We were reserved a lovely area for our family only where we could keep a close eye on the children in our party but they also had space to play.
Special thanks to Amy, Sophie, Kam & Ellie. You guys were outstanding & are a real credit to Arrowe Park Pub. Also to the kitchen staff, I don’t know your names but again, a credit to the pub with your beautiful food.
