Had a great bit of nostalgia in this place recently, just as I remember them, including the special sauce. Well run and maintained by a lovely couple who have been there for 30 years. The spicy bean burger was good.
We Went for a bit of food nostalgia and was pleasantly surprised it was still the same food as back in the day lol it wasnt expensive either and a lovely couple cooking and waiting on were very welcoming we will return and maybe have desert too next time 👍

Came here last week, as I needed to kill some time between appointments, had 2 mugs of tea & breakfast muffin which was lovely! Woman who served me is lovely, friendly, was working by herself, chatty and food was gorgeous! Loved my visit!

So good but couldn't eat it all, got the double cheese and bacon burger, will definitely be back if in the area. Was talking to the owner who used to live in my town and felt welcome but hate wasting food! I need to return on an empty stomach and try again sometime.
Had not been to wimpy in years took the kids was great. Burgers 🍔 and chips 🍟 all freshly cooked by the owner who was a lovely gentleman had worked there for 30 years and has kept it going through tough times I would imagine. Went here a few days ago for sausage, bacon and chips and it was brilliant. All your popular simple food but cooked really well! Exactly what I want. The owner who served and cooked was very friendly and attentive. It's so nice how it has survived given how basically all other wimpys have gone. Hope

The space is rough-hewn, with 80s tables and floors, very typical 80s decore, an open kitchen which isn't producing hardly any haze . The restaurant is clean and there arn't no smells deeply rendering beef fat. The food is served once again using 8
