Lovely friendly staff, delicious puddings. Special birthday messages on the boxes for the birthday boy. Great Lockdown service. Collected in person, very quick service. 😊👍
The presentation is stunning and the milkshakes are very filling and delicious. The price is a little high compared to other places but you get what you pay for and it's something I would pay for again. Definitely will be back and to try something else from their large range of things.

Nice drinks and good portion for the prices. Waffles are good as well and there is a large selection and very customisable. Do delivery as well so that's useful if you live far away from birkdale
great waffles!!! lovely chilled atmosphere and the portion sizes are fabulous. also they are unbelievably reasonable price wise. me and my friends couldn't believe the value for money. deffo going back

We only had the milkshakes when we visited, but the food looked great. The Milk Room is a charming little independent shop. The milkshakes are tasty, and the menu has lots of choice.
It's quite small inside but there's plenty of space outside to sit, which is great in the summer.
I come here a few days a week after school th milkshakes are 10 out of 10 the staff are really kind and they do the best waffles and pancakes if you haven't came here I really recommend it
Very good! I would reccomend getting a milkshake OR a waffle because both is very filling! But VERY TASTY!!!!! (I ordered a Kinderella and S'more Cookies (below) And the giant marshmallows are sooooooo Tasty!!!)
