Nice to have Subway in Birchwood. Staff always friendly and approachable. Would be 5 stars but Unfortunately it is never clean.

Staff we’re really nice and caring for my gluten intolerance.
I met a lovely young women today as I came in for a 6 inch sub. Nice and fast service no fuss and she complimented me on my outfit which made my day. Great start to the day and amazing way to sell food. Her recommendations were well educated thank you very much
Visited on sunday the 18/09/22 served by a lovely young girl my only issue was then speed of service it was explained to me by the male member of staff that they were really short staff I can't fault them for it they we both helpful however however is running it need to get more staff

The sandwiches were perfectly fine, although actually communicating the order to the staff was rather difficult as none of them seemed to speak English properly.
One staff member kept trying to give me hearty Italian instead of regular. He only seemed to understand the 'Italian' part of my sentence. Another member further down the line was adamant on giving me sweet chili instead of sweet onion sauce.
But as I said, the sandwiches were fine in the end.
Not been in months but the staff were very helpful in choosing what was on offer ....I had vegan meatballs with cheese n salad with a latte to wash it down lovely 😍

It's always busy in this branch so be prepared to queue, but the staff are very nice and efficient. They have GF bread and vegan meatballs, all of which were very nice. So glad Subway are offering these alternatives!
