Really enjoyed our visit here with Lunch. Lunch dishes were very generous and quite tasty. Plants, tools and all garden needs are catered for here. Small selection of common house plants. There is a Falconry located inside but we did not attend this but, we took some flyers.

Visited recently and had a lovely time despite the weather. Had a walk around the falconry centre viewing the birds - and also made it on time for a show and got to see the birds being flown which is always a lovely watch. Had a couple of drinks and a spot of pudding in the cafe - the toffee cake was delicious. Clean baby changing area - nice to see a sign offering wipes nappies and Nappy bags to parents stuck in a pickle!

Been after a pure white rose for ages, and also picked up this bottlebrush type plant, and at reasonable prices, so well chuffed 😉👍

Typical garden centre in Autumn. More Christmas decorations for sale than gardening supplies! However it's a good place to visit, the café is nice, friendly staff, decent coffee and tasty cakes. Visit only marred by a pickup truck in the car park we parked next to leaving a nice set of scratches on the nsr quarter of our car when it left - no details left either - some people have no class. Well worth a visit, just watch out for careless pickup drivers.

Absolutely amazing place. I went out looking for cacti and they had them in abundance. Everything I needed for potting and feeding too. Will definitely be going back again.

Always have at least a cappucino which is always spot on unlike many other places including Costa coffee, although a little expensive, staff are especially friendly & work together like a well oiled machine Garden centre is very good but would be nice if it was extended. But overall it is always a good experience which we enjoy at least twice a week.

Had a cream tea that was very good. Decent selection of sandwiches and cakes. Too much ordered so we took a lot home in the provided doggy bags. Service staff exceptionally good so warrants a 5 star. Actual hargen centre can't comment as didn't look round much

Amazingly this is my first visit to this garden centre despite driving past the place either as a kid or an adult in 20 years. Very well laid out and plenty of stock. Also popped into the cafe and that was very quick and efficient. Service certainly 5* with waitresses all with smiles. I would say the reason I'm giving 4* and not 5* is purely down to the prices of things. Have been to most of the garden centres around Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and some in Wales, Webbs is much more expensive. Parking could do with an update and have better markings. It was clear a lot of people didn't know how to park.

Visited for the Enchanted Christmas event, great experience for the little ones and actually enjoyable for the adults too. They have really put some care (and money) into the experience. Long queue to meet Santa at the end...but show me somewhere that doesn't have that problem this time of year. Definitely recommended.

It is a very lovely garden Centre staff are friendly and very helpful, unfortunately we went into the café /restaurant but they would not except cash I know the world is changing technically but as we were going there for a few plants we only took cash and we hadn't taken a card for payment. If this is the case then I would appreciate that a large notice be placed before entering to inform us that cash is not excepted in the café/restaurant I feel as if our rights are being taken away just because we want to pay with cash.

Lunch visit. Restaurant system works well.. Wait to be seated at table of your choice, orders taken when you are ready with payment made at time of order. .Chilli baked potato came hot with lovely side salad, beef baguette looked very appetising . Mug of tea and pot of loose tea both good quality. No rush to vacate table. Service was quick, friendly and inobtrusive. Our visit allowed us a pleasant catchup in nice surroundings. Only downside is that toilets altho clean really do need an update refurb.. Only 2 cubicles in ladies plus one disabled room. The entrance to the toilets leave a lot to be desired.. Surely something could be placed along the walls to take away that bland dull and univiting drab entrance... At present the corridor looks grimey and does not give off a clean vibe.. Especially when located not far from the restaurant area. Hence 4/5. Review.

I was looking for a wooden arbour and found just the right one, unfortunately the only stock available was the display model which was damaged. Young lady called their branch in Wychbold and they had stock so bought it from there.

Good selection of plants, cosy restaurant. smaller than its sister at Droitwich. Very copact inside. We prefer the restaurant to pay at the table when you have ordered your food and drink rather than having to wait and pay before you leave the restaurant.

Large garden centre, plus household items. And aquatics. Restaurant was a bit pricey. Good selection of garden pots etc. Ample parking.

Another lovely garden center with such a variety of flowers --well laid out in to their categories ie perennials climbers etc -- from the shop you go down stairs to the plants and the falconry center on site-- the shop is large-- full off all your gardening needs -- there's a cafe on site --the carpark has plenty of space-give it a visit if your in the area it will be worth it
