Well, what can I say boys? 3 hours of driving, looking for a cafe and now't. So now, starving and emaciated we come across this lil' beaut' of a place. Simple, friendly and surprisingly great value. This is the best fish and chips I've had for a long while. I had the deal with haddock, chips and peas although awkward as I am, I had to have it plastered in ketchup with the standard pot of curry sauce to boot. All in....a grand total of £6.20....I wasn't expecting change out me tenner in all honesty but ended up with enough left for a cheeky pint later. So now in shock and belly bending, I bring to you this review. Five star review for five star food.
I would have taken you a picture of the delicious delights provided by these friendly folk, but it's now in my belly and I just couldn't wait for even one small photo!

Some nice extra choices on the menu (spam fritters, southern fried chicken burgers etc) and everything we've tried has been nice. Good value for money and service too, can't go wrong :)

Traditional chip shop, food cooked to order excellent quality, friendly staff, good selection, fair prices. What is not to love. Definitely will return.
