There Tarka Dahl is fantastic. Always get three or four and keep them in the freezer.

I've always used this Indian takeaway,but have recently been going to another one. The staff are really polite, delivery is always on time, if not earlier on occasions pick up times are always spot on and your never waiting, great value for money and decent sized portions with plenty to choose from, however it's a bit hit and miss with the quality of the food. Sometimes it's over spiced and bland. I would still however recommend this takeaway.
As always the curries were delicious. Far superior to any ready meal you might think is good. Meals are always ready on time and the staff are friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Due to Hemiplegic Migraines i can no longer have certain curries so i have to stick to a Korma, it is the best Chicken korma i have ever had. Chips are lovely and Paratha’s are delicious
Iv grown up eating indians from here, my parents used shally and i have continued right through to 32 years of age, iv tried many other places over the years for comparison and nowhere comes close, the quality of Shalimars food is consistently incredible, im particular there jalfrezi with breast meat and the keema garlic naans, makes my mouth water just typing it! Keep it up guys 👌🏽

Best Indian takeaway I have ever been to very friendly polite staff been coming here at least 15 years still travel from out of area to pick up our garlic chicken food always nice like the option of being able to get chicken breast meat as an option
Phoned for a collection , order was ready exactly when I was told it would be and the food itself was great. Jalfrezi had the perfect balance between being spicy but not unbearable.
Great taste. Massive portions reasonable price. Very busy but fast service. Delivery or collection these guys look after you.
