We had the sole use of Flamingo for a ladies event with a speaker. We were seated at beautifully laid tables and there were 16 of us. We had very generous charcuterie platters and wine served in lovely glasses. Emma’s communication and service was impeccable. Highly recommended.

I surprised my partner with brunch here for his birthday this week. What a wonderful experience! I popped in to ask in advance about brunch and was advised to book in just in case the venue got busy. By the time we had finished brunch, it was indeed very busy. We started with a red velvet (him) and turmeric latte (me). The first pleasant surprise was the size of the cup. In an age where lattes are generally served in thimbles, it made a change to receive a tasty hot latte that wasn't all foam in a cup that held a decent volume of liquid. We both went for the full English breakfast and were again pleasantly surprised with the amount of food received. Two sausages is almost unheard of these days. Everything tasted wonderful, including the mushrooms. The sausages were great quality. A really good quality breakfast at a very reasonable price. The service was friendly, with a smile. As it got busier, it was a little less easy to catch the attention of our server. We did notice a couple come and go after waiting to be attended to for more than a few minutes. Overall, our personal experience, however, was wonderful. We will definitely be back and am glad to have found a regular brunch and latte haunt. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into running such a great place. Flamingo is a reminder of how service and quality used to be as standard and why it's so important to support local independent businesses.

Really good service. We ordered a few platters of sandwiches, cakes, sausage rolls, etc for a party and everything was tasty, fresh and beautifully presented as arranged. Very handy, friendly service with very good quality food. Recommended!

Really nice, cute cafe. Food was delicious. Ordered an open prawn sandwich. However it was half a sandwich that isn’t filling anyone up. Don’t see the point of being tight on another slice of bread. So for that reason I probably wouldn’t return unless I wanted a snack.

Walked in here today for the first time. I hadn't pre-ordered, but they were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the coronation chicken sandwich, and some cupcakes. The sandwich was delicious and fresh! I'll be going back for my next lunch break. P.S. Cupcake was fab! There was a secret inside...

Had an Afternoon Tea here and it was amazing! The food was so delicious (the vegan brownie was so tasty, didn't even know it was vegan until told) and the service was friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

I'll start with the negative - £6.50 for a bottle of Billericay Blonde!? Almost as expensive as my open sandwich that was actually half an open sandwich (one slice of bread). Aside from the high prices, the food was delicious and we had food-envy from some of the other plates being served to tables. Certainly a lot of temptation on the menu. More to try on our next visit perhaps, but I'll bring my pint from the brewery down the road myself.

Great food and service from Emma and team! I have booked the cafe to celebrate my birthday and it was such a great evening thanks to efforts from Pink Flamingo team. Food was delicious and beautifully presented, my selection of vine was supplied, everybody commented on how well it was organised. Thanks a lot!

I was doing a wait return for a patient today in Billericay and found Flamingo Tea Room by chance. I ordered a coffee and because I was in my EEAST Ambulance uniform I was kindly given the coffee as a gift. Thank you so much you are so kind and it was delicious!! Graham
