Had a really lovely afternoon tea here. Display was beautifully presented. So much food both savoury & sweet. Lovely choice of teas & coffees. Was greeted by cheerful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. I definitely recommend you go here & make the most of the great value for money on Groupon at the moment.

Just had the most amazing afternoon tea here. There was a massive selection of lovely sandwiches & cakes. The services was brilliant too - very attentive. Even came home with a massive box of leftovers.

Enjoyed a light lunch of avocado and salmon on toast there today, with a delicious berry smoothie. Presented beautifully and tasted fantastic! Very reasonable prices; I'd highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Stopped in for brunch and a hot drink. Really good vibes in there, cosy and welcoming with friendly staff. My brunch was yum - I had avo, salmon and egg on toast which hit the spot, especially with the pomegranate 😋

Just had a lovely lunch and coffee, stuffed avocado, with salad, feta and houmous. Would thoroughly recommend. Also they offer massage, physio, yoga and breakfast . Check them out next time you are near Brentwood Station.

Amazing afternoon tea! So many lovely cakes to try and the macaroons were delicious! Service was brilliant and so friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

The Recovery Rooms has improved my physical and mental health by attending Pilates classes. The fresh food is tasty as well as healthy. The staff members are welcoming and more than happy to chat.

Love this place. We had afternoon tea here, and felt proper spoilt for choice. Reasonably priced, and the staff, especially Abi, couldn't do enough for us. Definitely will be returning.

I admit that I’m not made for detox juice cures as I do need more calories and engergy. I work very hard and I lift and do cardio sessions every day. But I tried out three days juices from The Recovery Rooms (4 each day) and supplements on top. I was very surprised. Literally, the first time that I didnt cheat on day 1! It worked very well for my cognitive function and restorative sleep. I still felt energised and was very active. I slept so well and deeply what I usually struggle with. On day two and three and I added a little dinner (fruits, protein shakes). But I still noticed a detox effect for my body! I will definitely do it again! Julia x

Great friendly staff, really affordable coffee and brilliant food - I really enjoyed the red pepper hummus with sardines on sourdough toast. What a treat so close to the station!
