Laura who works behind the bar, seems to be doing everything. She is so hard working she doesn’t stop. Think you could do with a bit more staff to help her out. Such a lovely woman. So friendly. Let’s hope the management appreciates her enough.
Been in a few times now and again not disappointed. Lovely welcome and service from the staff. Food was delicious and hot. Was a lovely day so sat in the beer garden. Highly recommend

I visit everyday on my lunch break . Lovely pub and friendly staff, especially Laura who always smiles and makes you feel welcome, she runs around trying to please everyone even though she’s often left on her own at lunch time.
I’m not from the area, but I would 100% come back to this pub. The staff were exceptional especially Charley and Tom. Being from London, I thought the prices were very cheap and the service at the bar was amazing! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Only got 4 stars as attended at first knockings in a Sunday. Lovely little quaint pub, good facilities but meal portions was quite small. Lovely ale pie though.
Laura was extremely helpful my food had missing items I spoke to her, she sorted it quickly and efficiently Thank you Laura you are a credit to the company
Visited for a 30th birthday party. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Manager Charlie went over and above to assist with clearing tables talking to customers and generally making sure everything ran smoothly. Excellent environment and atmosphere. Food was also amazing. Catered for everyone. I would definitely recommend
I have been in this pub many times with friends and family and they always have the best service! Everyone is happy to work there and make you feel welcome. Charley in particular has looked after me whilst I have been in there. Will always go here!
My partner and i went for a pub dinner, the manager Charlie was extremely welcoming and prompt with the drink service and even came and chatted to us outside in the garden area to see how our food was. The food was prompt and the bar service was welcoming. Thank you Charlie for making our experience special as you could. Would definitely recommend, and hoping for a DJ night soon.
