This was a FANTASTIC takeaway in the heart of Biggleswade. Wanted somewhere to eat in and they offered us a simple stool and bench combination which was perfect but the food - unbelievably good. First time, I've been to this chippy. Food was excellent, although prefer my chips a little smaller on the cut. Bit pricey for just for a pie and chips, but suppose your paying for the awesome box they came in.
After many months of my friend recommending that I get a meal from here, I am disappointed I couldn't have tried it sooner.
Quality of food is great, prices are very fair and the only downside was that I had to wait for some time. Probably due to the fact it was Friday after a payday though.

Was looking for a decent chippy on the way home up the A1 from Hitchin. Read the good reviews and I have to agree that this is a really top place. Food excellent, staff great and the place was really clean and tidy. Well done!
Lovely cooked fresh chips and you can taste the freshness of what you are eating. The batter was beautiful and light too. Was very busy which is always a good sign as well. Will be returning š
Always huge portions and great large haddock. Can get very busy but always a friendly service.

Best fish and chip shop in miles, used to be local, now live 20 miles away and I am yet to find a better fish and chip shop, and I have tried plenty. Curry sauce is also amazing.
The cod here is lovely. Even the regular is of a good size and the batter is lovely. The chips are really good to. I have not found a better chip shop in Bedford, Sandy or Biggleswade.

First time using this chippy and wasn't disappointed the cod was thick and juicy its taken along time to find a decent chippy and we will definitely be coming back
Wow! I have not enjoyed fish and chips since I was a kid. I bought from here as a quick meal and it was a great suprise to find it to be delicious. I would say it is the best fish and chips I have had it years but that would be lying as its actually the best I have ever had! I will be back for more
This is my go to place for a fish and chip takeaway they cater for GF ā¦ they do GF fish very nice Iām lucky to have it on my door step

Great fresh food and really good quality fish and chips. Ate in and the food was lovely and the fish so big it didn't fit in the plate and I ordered a regular Cod. It was cooked really well and the batter was top notch.
We walked in 5 minutes before they closed at 2000.
I didn't know they closed at this time but we were felt more than welcome and ordered our fish.

What an amazing fish and chip shop. Fish bigger than my leg, chips sweet but with that great kick of salt and vinegar. Curry sauce on point. Then I found out he done fresh hot doughnuts and sauce. The service.....second to none and I even tipped. Thanks everyone, a full happy tummy.
