Lovely place, lovely setting, location great. Food lovely. Staff very nice and attentive. Attended with my children who were super well behaved after a day in Southport. The place was quiet but welcoming. Food fab. Kids ate everything. Would definitely come again.
Went here for a family meal. It took approx 25mins before the drinks order was taken. The food was ok,nothing special. I Counted 10 chips on my son's plate that was after making sure it was a big portion for a child. Won't be going back anytime soon.
Lovely service from Katie, brilliant food recommendations from her too!! Especially love my little honey pot! Lovely country atompshere with amazing wooden beams.. From out of area visiting family but will definitely be back, Thankyou!
Food and service here was great. Not a large menu of cocktails but all of the cocktails we had were spot on.
Best pizza of my life (had the duck one). Genuinely lovely staff with a warm atmosphere and so beautifully decorated. Such a bargain for a genuinely incredible meal and experience :)
The food and dining experience was excellent here. A lovely cosy pub in a great setting with an open fire roaring away. The food was excellent, I had the sea bass I highly reccomended it. Our server jack was very tentative and friendly without being intrusive. 10 out of 10
Chris, Phoebe and Nicky were all very welcoming and accommodating for everything that we asked. Food was delicious! Cocktails and non alcoholic cocktails are fantastic and reasonably priced
Great pub on a very busy road . Paid £16 for 4 coffees bit steep but pub looked busy on this glorious sunny day . Lots of activity on nearby car parks no idea what that’s all about
I bring my Mum every week for a Sunday Roast. Food amazing! And the staff amazing too! They can’t do enough for you, and are very friendly. Also a special shoutout to the Chef, Joanne. Always delivers the best Roasts ;-) bravo !
Went in before a meal for my birthday. Staff are all lovely. Service with a smile. Drinks are all generous at a reasonable price. Lovely setting. Worth a visit. (Have decent bourbons for a change also. On previous visits the food has been delicious. Worth a visit. Highly recommended.
Lovely food and Morgan the waitress was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. This was our first visit but will definitely return soon.
Well run vintage Inn. We enjoyed our Sunday lunch
Such a beautiful restaurant. The food was amazing, cooked lovely and amazing flavour. The service was great and our server Andy was attentive and polite. What a lovely experience for our wedding anniversary meal. Will dine here again.
Lovely food, served by Morgan who was very friendly and helpful. The honeypot dessert was amazing! Thank you very much 😊
We had a lovely meal, couldn't fault the service or food. Giving four stars for the atmosphere is purely down to personal preference, I found the spot lighting too bright and prefer a warmer, softer glow. Morgan our waiting on staff member was excellent, checking if we needed anything, very polite a
We came here for Sunday lunch. We had Yorkshire bites which were mini Yorkshire puddings with beef dripping and were amazing I highly recommend them. For starters I had the salt and pepper calamari which was nice and my partner had the trip of pate but wasn’t too impressed with that. For main I had
