We came as a group of 14 and were immediately greeted with happy staff. After being seated and not finding exactly what we needed on the menu. Store manager Dan went above and beyond with other staff to accommodate us. Very happy experience and well worth a visit

Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and lots of options to please your sugar cravings. We went there on my wife's Birthday for a treat and tried the Bananaberry and Pistachio Nut Delight Sundaes. The staff was happy to give us a free slice of cake for her Birthday (I asked for one) and went out of their way to bring it with a candle and singing Happy Birthday, much to my wife's embarassment. We left the place happy and satisfied. Will definitely be back and try the waffles next time. Thanks to all the staff for the happy memories.
Went during the Eat Out To Help Out scheme with 2 adults and 3 kids. Was really packed and waited in a line to enter the shop.. Staff member seated us in the waiting area until a table was ready.. Place was nice and clean which was nice as they were obviously so busy.. Ordered at the till and didn't wait long for our desserts. Desserts were well made and everyone enjoyed. Can't fault this place.. Will be back again.
We love this place. The food is always fresh, good portions, great choice/selection. There is a new waitress there the past couple of months and she is SUPER enthusiastic and welcoming, a real delight - but all the staff are also lovely.
It does get hectic at school letting out time, but still runs efficiently. You can have a full (sweet) meal here OR just a little coffee and cake break. Will be back and back and back again !

Have always had good food and good experiences in store here. We ordered on justeat for a home delivery and received the order with some items missing or incomplete. After a few phone calls due to bad connection and justeat not being very helpful we decided to go to the store to pick up a new order. They were very apologetic, made it quickly and put in some extras for free to apologise further. I think the main person we were corresponding with was called Lauren and she was so helpful, efficient and apologetic, ensuring the mistakes were rectified so thank you for that. We are all human and we will definitely be returning due to how it was dealt with when something went wrong. Thank you

Love this place, it's better than creams down the road. Shame uber eats doesn't show them as a restaurant I can order from, when creams is 2 doors down and it does, sort it out kaspas

I had a great experience here. I needed tea, I explained my milk requirements to the girl and she was brilliant, really understanding and sympathetic to my needs. Very friendly and on the level, i felt so welcomed. Best costumer service ive had for a while, and the tea weren't too bad either. Top marks.
