I visited a Pizza Express today for the first time as I was accompanying my friend to her interview, as we entered we were greeted by friendly staff and were given a table, a waitress then came by later and asked what we were having, I am Vegetarian, so I was stuck thinking about what to get, the waitress started introducing the different options to me and then surprised me by notifying me that there was a specific "Vegan" Menu available which I never knew. The waitress was really lovely and accommodating and even when I asked if I could keep the Menu's and started taking pictures of the items she was being really helpful and also spoke to me about the lighting. I would say that the waitress actually gave me the best service I have ever had at a restaurant to date. Even when I called her back to ask whether I can add another item to the order she happily obliged and kindly took my extra order and notified the chef. When I asked the Manager at the end if it was alright for me to take pictures of the place for this review, he was really accommodating, one picture is of one of the chef's there spreading the 'sunshine', really loved the experience there, would go again for it. The restaurant was a modern open plan establishment with friendly staff and a welcoming aura, it was bright and cheerful which really contrasted with the gloomy rainy outdoors at the time of my visit. The Chef's area is situated right in the centre of the room which adds an additional brilliance as you can see them working with gusto and enthusiasm. The Pizza I bought was the: Classic Style "Sloppy Vegan", it came quite fast, and I was given a pizza wheel to cut the pizza, that was my first time being asked to cut the pizza myself and it was a refreshing experience, really enjoyed it. The pizza was scrumptious, though next time I will try one of the Romana Pizza's for another new experience. I also got the "Hot Jalapeno Dough Balls", these were delicious, my friend recommended me to buy these and it was worth it. They came with a spicy dip as well as being drizzled in some, the chilly wasn't overwhelming and quite tasty. In the end the price came to £19.75, however we ended up being so satisfied with the service we decided to leave a £10 tip behind. Really enjoyed the experience here. Would recommend to attend.

Food great as always as were staff who went above and beyond providing us things that weren't on the menu and taking items off the bill if they arrived to the table late. Always updating the menu with new options every time I go and the new app works wonderfully allowing you to pay easily. Gave 4 stars out of 5 because the decor hasn't been upgraded for a while. Walls are peeling and splattered with drink stains.

Fiona is possibly the most attentive waitress we have ever come across. Me and my family eat our regularly, Fiona is an asset to your company, she is so knowledgeable about the menu and a customers needs when dinning out. Our experience tonight because of Fiona makes us feel strongly to recommend your restaurant.

Very delicious food at Pizza Express in Bexleyheath, the staff are very welcome and friendly as well as helpful. A very children friendly restaurant to go with kids. We had a very good experience and we would go again.

We came to Pizza Express today with our (moody) 4-year-old daughter. The staff, especially Fiona, did THE MOST. The food was tasty and the service was quick but mostly, they were so patient and kind and chatty with our daughter, they should absolutely get a medal. Thank you, you made our tricky visit so much easier!

Had thenpleasure of being served by denis lst noght for a dinner party of 8 and we was extremly well looked after , food and drink were on time and our dinner was so delicious we practicaly had to roll out of the door, big thanks to the chec and manager in the kitchen for making sire we didnt wait and also for the manager on dity for making sire everything was okay and that we was comfy, will definitely be back :)

Booked a table for 11:30am. The lady who served us was very warm and welcoming. Had a lovely lunch. Service was brilliant. The pizza also was delicious. Definitely recommended. It wasn't too busy but always worth booking a table, makes the whole experience stress free.
