Was an absolute fantastic experience, there was a bit of a queue (no surprise it was lunch time) When it was my turn, was greeted with a smile. Even though I had been to subway before, I wanted to try something different so I asked what the staff member would recommend, they replied the Italian BMT and the type of cheese they recommended. After it was toasted the staff member at the salad section asked if the BMT was mine and if would like in salad on it. Asked how much salad can I have they replied “well we don’t charge on how much salad you have, so as much as you want I guess, however if you wanted any extra cheese that would cost you more depending on how much more you wanted” I said which salads I wanted with no extra cheese, and with sweet onion sauce. Then proceeded to the till where my order was rung up and was asked if I wanted a drink cookie or crisps. Asked for a large drink and a cookie which came to the meal deal. Paid my for my order and sat down. Food was absolutely lovely! People who complain about the food here, are clearly having a bad day and take it out on the staff! Which is a right shame because they were all amazing!! Also I over heard another customer complain that their sandwich was cold, Well duh!!! It’s a sandwich not a toastie!!!

Lovely experience but need to work on infrastructure and stuff but service was awesome the staff is friendly and nice moreover it's really affordable.

Excellent food, very friendly staff. Compact eating area and limited parking during popular shopping times. Free WiFi. Some seating outside during warmer months. Often not particularly warm inside on cold days. Choose what type of bread you want, choose the main filling, then after it's been toasted, choose to have any or all salad options and sauces.

Today was a really lovely experience at this store, food was fresh and very nice. A big well done to the 3 staff that were there this afternoon, was so nice to go into a subway with friendly cheerful staff. Really makes a huge difference. Thanks All
