Lovely lunch, relaxed atmosphere and friendly owner Sharon. My next visit will be breakfast, watch this space! Home made cakes were amazing, is it good etiquette to have a pudding after a brekkie? 😂

Came home from uni to a slice of cake bought for me by my lovely auntie from yourselves and it tastes amazing if I behave she might even take me for breakfast one day! x

Yesterday we hired out The Old Town Tearoom for our daughters first birthday. The service was truly amazing and the food, let's just say I'll be starting a diet tomorrow! They went above and beyond to make the entire experience more than what I'd hoped for. The little touches were just perfect. If anyone fancies an afternoon tea or is looking for one for an upcoming event this is the place to go .

Very friendly tea rooms, lovely warm cheese scones and a cappuccino, good prices, very cold though and toilet could do with a heater too, I’ll go back when weather has warmed up for sure!

Lovey tea room, I've only been for breakfast a few times. Hearty portions and as well as traditional fair, something a little different too. Lovely friendly service and you can take your doggo too!

Just went in for a flat white café take out - a perfect flat white, exactly as it should be! The gluten free bakewell slice that I also bought was totally delicious - absolutely melted in the mouth! Will bring my husband for a sit down café & brunch next time - lovely place, very friendly service 💯

Really good tea room with great service. I had a breakfast here on a weekday and was really impressed with the service and menu. Very good quality food and I had an eggs Benedict which was delicious. My friend had porridge which was very good quality with a great choice of jams. Very good service friendly staff and good value. I will return to try the afternoon tea soon!

Probably the best place to eat in Bexhill, the food is excellent and very reasonably priced! My parents held their vowel renewal here last year and Sandra helped make it such a beautiful day and the afternoon tea was amazing! The only thing I would say is they could definitely do with some extractor fans as you do smell like cooking oil when you leave. Other than that would definitely recommend!
