Lovely pub with nice garden, kids and dogs welcome. Food was really good considering the prices. We will be returning when next in the area.

Friendly staff. Drinks are expensive, food is cheap. Coke was flat and the pinot wasn't great. Beer was good. Food was good, burger was tasty. Pudding wasn't anything special but it was okay. I have eaten out at a lot of places, so I have a lot to compare it to.

Ordered separately at the bar so food came intermittently, so not a surprise.

Brilliant choice of meals on the menu and very tasty too. The atmosphere on a Friday night with the karaoke on was very entertaining and a good laugh will definitely be coming again very soon. Well done to all the staff there!!! Top marks
Great meal greatly improved from over a yr ago assume new chef and management. Surprisingly fantastic . Had family over grandchildren etc. Will be booking again soon for my wife and I. Manager sorted out a nice table ..impressed. 4adults 2 children.
Very nice, comfortable, wheelchair or walkers no problem, food was great ( we had 9 meals ranging from Gammon, steak, chicken, slow cooked beef which was top class...) Drinks and food served quickly no fuss....

Good place. Good food great staff only downsize was a rowdy group of young men which didn't care about other people sitting around enjoying their meals.

Really lovely food! Kids ate everything, and the desserts were really yummy!
Cracking ribeye steak cooked beautifully as was my wife's Gammon and Sons Burger. The pub was clean the staff friendly. There was sky sports on showing the football but this wasn't invasive. We found it by fooling Marstons pubs near Bexhill-on-Sea as we were on holiday. The place had a friendly atm

This was an excellent Greene King pub, with reasonable food prices and all the food was of an excellent quality served well and very tasty, the only thing that makes it a 4 star instead of 5 stars is the price of the drinks. But it's a solid 4 stars from me.
Pretty standard pub offering, reasonably priced, we were a large booking and the staff were great. It's a shame the general vibe/atmosphere of the pub is determined by the regulars/locals
