Hands down the best indian food ive had in Bexhill and Hastings. The food always tastes fresh. Meats are cooked perfectly. You can taste every ingredient in each dish. The portion sizes are perfect. Dont leave you feeling like you need a week off work like some local indian restaurants. The vibe in the restaurant is nice. A formal side and a more relaxed seating side. Something for everyone.
The waiters are friendly. The owner is very friendly. Very nice place all round. Would highly recommend.
Had a set menu on a Sunday which was under £8 a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the food so decided to go back last night for a meal. Again was very impressed with the food, staff and customer service. Will definitely return and would recommend this Indian bistro :0)

Excellent evening as always, staff are great, and friendly, food was slow but we did have a big party booking, cannot tbh fault the owners, waiting staff, head chef at all, would definitely recommend and we'll be back for sure.

WONDERFUL!!! Moved here to Bexhill-On-Sea thought would try this Indian on the seafront, would never go anywhere else as staff and food are excellent.

How could anyone ever give it one star, that's balls. Staff are always 100% polite, service, 1st drinks and popodum are always prompt.
Yesterday I had a 2 chilli tikka dish that shook me but soooo tasty. Can't fault the lads.

First time eating at Mowgli’s this evening, we fancied and Indian but wanted a little change!
And that it was, staff all very friendly, pleasant professional service. Food tasted amazing, it’s not the cheapest, but you pay for what you get!
And if you like peas, I’d recommend the special rice, there was enough for a family of 4 🤭🤷♀️
All In all great meal out. 🏆✔️
Even had after eights as a after dinner mint, the only after dinner mint that should be served 🔥

We’ve been to this wonderful restaurant about 10 times now, sorry we haven’t posted a review till now! Put simply, it’s a cut above. Every dish is bursting with flavour and thoughtfully put together. We had tandoori scallops, samosas, crab masala, lamb shank, lamb tikka premium, aubergine with mozzarella, lime rice - all absolutely incredible. Love the way they use & present seafood. Staff are very good, the owner is charming, and today we met his fabulous wife for the first time, who was great to chat with. Highly, highly recommended 👌👌👌
Mowgli's is our local Indian and we love it. We order a takeaway regularly and the food is always beautiful but you can't beat eating in. The food is stunning!! Offering a lot more dishes then what's on the takeaway menu.
The owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Chardonnay is delicious and a free brandy was offered as we were celebrating an anniversary.
I would always recommend this fantastic establishment to any person who loves Indian food at a great price. If you are ever in Bexhill then get yourself down to the seafront and enjoy a fabulous meal.......... Don't forget to wear loose fitting clothes 😊😊.

Really delicious food that was ultimately worth the one hour wait from ordering to service. Our table for two had our order taken quickly and the staff were very nice and polite. The restaurant was not overly busy when we arrived but we did wait a really long time for the food to arrive. Nevertheless the food was so good they deserve the 5* rating. Another Google review mentioned the crispy potatoes and they were brilliant!
Mowgli is my favourite Indian restaurant ever. We are welcomed like old friends and the service is gentle, warm and friendly. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed. Make sure you're hungry when you go ... And it's only a few yards from the seafront if you need a stroll afterwards!

Visited on Mother's Day. Staff were very friendly and brilliant with my toddler. Staff were able to provide food recommendations based on other dishes previously ordered. Food was quick to be served and looked and tasted amazing. Portion sizes were perfect. Look forward to returning soon.
Love Mowgli, great food and service..... Was a tad 'rowdy' when we first sat down but once that table left returned to the usual lovely ambience.....

My parents suggested this place when I was visiting.
Firstly the staff were very attentive, always checking if every thing was OK (we found no issues with food so didn't see how they would deal with that) and always seeing if we needed anything.
The food it's self was amazing, we ordered several dishes and each tasted so nice. I would also like to point out the naan breads were perfect (soft and not burnt at all).
I had my 6 year old daughter with me and the waiters also made her included with the banter between ourselfs and them. The touch I liked at the end when you get the mints with the receipt, there was sweets included for her.
Atmosphere I only gave 3 stars but that's only because it was quiet and that's quiet hard to judge on place; but saying that, overall I would recommend it.
