My favourite stop for a coffee whilst out shopping with my Boyfriend. Great coffee, great cakes & pastries. We love it. Nice savoury items too. Dogs are welcome in Caffe Nero which is excellent.

Just by the Transport Interchange & Hull's biggest shopping centre so good location, Nice outside space, always busy. Happiest singing Barista I've ever met! Classic coffees & range of snacks, from toasties to delicious apricot croissants. Slightly overpriced as these places always are! Good coffee though, try the Cortado!
One of my favourite cafe neros. The staff are lovely and really take pride in their coffee making skills. Every time I visit, usually every fortnight, the coffee standard remains consistently absolutely marvellous !

Usually use the Nero near M&S. The Baristas are always friendly in this Nero.
Caffé Nero is akin to Central Perk in "Friends'". Comfy seating, lovely music (not blasting out modern stuff) delicious food and friendly staff.

Great staff, good atmosphere, coffee & things to eat. Good for a break while shopping. Enjoyed the new festive black forest mocha, apparently it's looking a lot like Christmas!

Typical mainstream coffee place. Good coffee, adequate but overpriced food. Plenty of seating and decent toilets, however up flight of fairly steep stairs.
The staff are always friendly and helpful - and will offer to carry a heavy tray without needing to be asked. We like the variety of seating and the way the layout has corners and the little room upstairs - it feels less standard than many big chain coffee shops.
The WiFi is very weak, which can be frustrating at times, but it's still a really nice place to enjoy a drink and chat.
The staff are always pleasant, bubbly and polite. Their coffee is my favourite for high street chains - but the staff are why I return.
Great food inc vegan options, varied menu, friendly staff, nice atmosphere including delicious coffees and great central location with plenty of seating. Chain coffee shop of choice.
