I have a velvetiser from them and bought their pouches all great and nice and had coffee and hot chocolate from them in store, ell very nice too, however every time I go to get a hot chocolate, at least 3 times now, they never have any chocolate whip available, surely you need to make sure you have

Excellent service the staff in this shop are really friendly and helpful, I was served quickly and there is lots of different types of chocolate to choose from. My favourite is the velvetiser chocolate drinks the chocolate in the sachets isn't too sweet and makes a lovely hot drink in the hotel choc
Absolutely brilliant shop; I only wish there was one in Driffield. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and tidy and if you go in at the right time you might find some items on sale and lane yourself a bargain.
The shop is absolutely packed today and over this Easter weekend. The girls in the shop are doing a great job. Keeping a smile on their faces and trying to get through orders quickly :)

I usually buy online, but noticed they had a shop in Beverley. Wow was I impressed when I recently visited, everything I can get online was instore. Massive selection of hight quality chocolate, choc drinks etc etc.. Will now be buying from store instead of online. Highly recommend a visit.
A visit to the Beverley shop is highly recommended, for a luxury gift or treat. The staff are welcoming with excellent communication skills. I was sorry I didn't have time to visit their cafe. A special mention for Holly K. The sales associate name on my receipt. Thank you for your recommendations.
Beautiful shop, amazing chocolate but it is quite pricey for a small quantity
Once you have tried this chocolate everything else tastes overly sweet and sickly and leaves an unpleasant taste in your mouth. The milk chocolate is just divine. Special thanks to the staff at Beverley, they are lovely. Why shouldn't they be , working with chocolate! !
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to hotel chocolat. Like all companies providing delivery services I have no doubt they're under immense pressure and workload during these times yet they somehow still managed to get our Easter Eggs to us on Easter Sunday. Visited the cafe. Small seating area but caters for take out. Nice luxurious hot chocolate served
Had a chocolate drink in they cafe, it was delicious, smooth and not too sickly. I asked for my drink to be made in the velvetiser because I was interested in buying one, I think I will but now have to decide which colour to choose!
