Excellent stop off whilst out and about in beverley. Had cheese toasties which were delicious and nice and crispy and hot. Just the way they should be on lovely bread. With a coffee just the job at lunchtime. Only downside being the stairs. Will definitely call again.

After recent visit would like to contact the cafe but no response to the number on line 679280 can anyone help please?🙏 Thankyou to the cafe owner for giving me the contact number however after calling 8 times and leaving messages because no one answers, no one has returned my call either so still not possible to make contact very strange for a business, if the cafe owner can give me an email address I will make contact via email.

Nice food pleasant staff. Young blond guy on the counter is an asset to their business, nothing too much trouble.

Our favourite cafe in Beverley. Lovely decor in eating area, food good and not too expensive. Would have given 5 stars except the toilet facilities were dreadful. Both toilet seats in the ladies were hanging off and appeared the wrong ones for the toilet pan and the floor was lifting up and sticky ☹️. If they improve then I’ll give 5 stars 🤞

Very nice all day breakfast and a superb latte. Only downside was the wait in the queue but once served food came quickly and was hot. Ran out of sausages for the meaty breakfast but was offered extra bacon instead. Still yummy.

Great cuppa, nice that that you get extra water to make another, makes it go that bit further. After 2pm it's only £2.80 for a cup of tea and a cream cake, lovely afternoon pit stop x

Always visit here for lunch when in Beverley. Good food reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Well organized during these difficult times .good cleaning regeme for covid. Unfortunately don't cater well for cows milk intolerant customers. 😒

I enjoyed my coffee and toasted tea bread. It was only marred by the fact that the special price offer ended 3 minutes before I got to the till having queued for more than 5 minutes to be served. C'est la vie!

The name says secret garden, this is far from a secret. See the sign go up the stairs and into the cafe. Immediately noticed when entering this is a gem of a place. The food is reasonably priced and looks and tastes good. You can grab a table first or go to the counters. The sandwiches and cakes are self service, if you want hot food order at the check out and it will be served at your table. Good views of Beverley shopping street.

Nice place to eat, very friendly staff, and food always fresh. One small minus- point: there's no clotted cream for their delicious scones.
