Good atmosphere for having dinner with family. Friendly and attentive staff waiting to serve you and your family. They have plenty of space, but it will be better to book in advance. I always use the Pizza Express application to reserve and get the rewards every time I visit.

I've been to Pizza Express Beverley a couple of times now. Both times have been amazing!
There is an accessible entrance round the back, an accessible toilet and the downstairs is flat. Sadly, there's no wheelchair access to the upstairs due to the age of the building.
The staff seem very aware and accommodating to those with additional needs and hidden disabilities. The staff were patient, explained everything clearly and kept checking on me.
The food and drink was fantastic, same as in Hull. The chefs here are good! Generous amount of garlic oil made my day. I got a margarita with lots of garlic oil, dough balls, oat hot chocolate + Cheesecake dolcetti and a jungle juice. For the jungle juice, you might have to ask Graig. It's something he brought with him from a previous pizza express site.
I have to declare, I know Graig, one of the managers, well as he used to be at the Hull site and has served me a lot. His service was as Fantastic as ever.
Would definitely recommend visiting. If you have additional needs, in particular can't handle busy places, I'd recommend calling first. The manager will then find the best way and time for you to come. It can get really busy at times, especially on a Saturday night and on Sundays.
Nipped in for a pudding and coffee, ended up having dirty dough balls as well, highly recommend these they are spicy garlicy and unctuous.
The staff is welcoming helpful and charming and the new service app offers great discounts and an amazingly easy way to pay.
All in all a great experience.
Not all Pizza Express are as friendly or have as great an atmosphere as our local one in Beverley. We are lucky to have this in a beautiful old building. Food is standard PE menu but they change the menu regularly and some of the Pizza/ Main course specials are great. Having the PE App is a benefit for free offers and extras. We love coming here for the friendly staff and view of the St Mary's Church from the table is a real bonus.
Fast and friendly service. Food was good, pizza express doesn't disappoint when it comes to the quality for the chain. Pizza was baked well and pasta bake with chicken and pesto very tasty.

A good example restaurant of this national chain of food outlets.
The food was of a reasonable standard and the bill was good due to the discount vouchers we had.
The pleasant extra in this restaurant was the beautiful flower display situated in the outside seating area.

As expected for a Pizza Express, good service, food was OK. If you can find vouchers then it makes it worth it otherwise can be pricey for what you get....
Had a great evening here with my wife. Greeted by a very polite bunch at the door and had great suggestions made by a gentleman in a black shirt (apologies I never got your name) great service from every member of staff. Outstanding food and my wife's coctails were great too. It's rare we get chance to spend time together with child and shift work, so I'm so pleased the experience was made extra special by everyone. Huge thanks 😊 will definitely return.
