Went for lunch. Had the pie, I had the chips and my wife the new potatoes. Both absolutely spot on. Nice pint of great newsome Koru aswell. Very helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't fault anything.

Went for Christmas dinner in a group of ten. We really enjoyed every minute. The service was attentive but not overdone, the food was really very good, plentiful and we all had different choices from the menu, no-one complained. Can highly recommend, and we will definitely be back next year. Thank

Good pub, with great food. Nice decor inside, but I loved the garden and all the quirky signs. 6 of us ate. 6 different meals and they were all good. Homemade chips too … and if they weren’t you wouldn’t know - delicious 😋😂🥰
Went for the first time with a party of 6. Lovely friendly staff however, it took more than 45 minutes for 6 meals to be brought to the table, which was made more annoying that a party of 4 who came in after us, had ordered, had their food delivered and had eaten there’s before ours even arrived.
