Douglas Arms - Bethesda - Photo album

A good, traditional vibe to the place, with some proper ales and REAL tankards.
This is one of my favourite places. I regularly go there with my brother in law for a few beers and a few games of snooker. Gwyn and Christine the landlords always welcome us with a smile. Long may the douglas stay open
Excellent old school pub with charm
The Dougie is friendly and welcoming, it’s no frills and old school. It’s a CAMRA pub so the beer is great, and there’s always a lower alcohol choice for the drivers. And on sunny days the beer garden is lovely!
Visited this gem with three mates in the early 80s en route to Bangor. Recall Geoff Davies serving us and asking us for 63/- for a round of beers. £3.15 for 4 pints?!? Yer conner gerra pint fer that!! Happy days, eh! :-)
Great pub, lovely beer garden and friendly staff :)
Great pub with a snooker table, good service, we felt like we were at home.
Beer superb, local Welsh beers, old fashioned style of pub
Could do with less Morlocks, great beer
