The George was the best find on our trip away ..the bar staff were above and beyond helpful ..booked us taxis and made us so welcome . Two steaks and a bottle of wine for £22 unbelievable value and we would be there again if our holiday had not come to an end .highly recommended xx thank you all

Lovely country Pub/Restaurant. Delicious food served in very generous proportions and so many choices on the menu. Excellent friendly service - Dave Underdown is usually there on the days we go and he is aways helpful with a friendly smile. I would recommend The George, Bethersden to anyone.

Eaten at The George again tonight (second night running) thus time with 5 more friends - once again excellent food, good beer & there was even a band making fir a party atmosphere; so good to see a local providing such great service - highly recommend, well done.
