lovely evening here last night, food was all fresh and sourced locally, cooked to perfection and price very reasonable and friendly staff. Great country location was well worth the drive out.
One of the best places we have been to, to eat. The menu is very good, varied and incredibly good value. Whatever your dietary requirements, they easily accommodate it. We have been as meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans and each time every member of the party has been more than satisfied. The whole ambiance is wonderful whether got a drink by the fire on the sofas or a meal

Always come here after we get off the boat at Dover. Wonderful, freshly prepared food. Atmosphere very welcoming and staff friendly. Do not always have to book but might consider this at busier times as popular. Wide beer choices available.
The Bull is great value fir money for freshly cooked delicious food with a varied menu . Great staff and a friendly welcome with excellent service and not to mention LuLu the dog who just makes the place feel homely x

Great food, great service, great people. Great place for a quiet drink with friends, partner or afternoon with kids as lovely garden, also had many successful evening with large party's dining at The Bull food always hot and fresh. This is a great pub spacious, and well looked after, roll on the warmer weather to make the most of the garden.

We ate here last night. The food was amazing. I highly recommend it. 5* all the way. The prawn cocktail was lush, loads of prawns. The young lad, Charlie behind the bar, was clearly made to work in hospitality. The pub was very welcoming, clean, tidy and has plenty of parking. We will definitely be returning, booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
So impressed by menu and prices. Just need more people to find this hidden gem and then the atmosphere will be 5* too. We’ll be back and wishing the new management every success. Please support local businesses.

It's a really nice country pub, good food ,very friendly and helpful staff , one of our party has a garlic allergy, our waitress went to the kitchen several times to get my friends questions answered, you can't get better than that . I would recommend a visit .
Lovely afternoon, the garden was bright and sunny and the bar pleasantly cool. The staff were fun and happy to help. We will definitely be going back again.

We stopped here somewhat randomly in the middle of a journey and were pleasantly surprised.
It was the second day of pubs starting to re-open in the UK and The Bull had clearly gone to a lot of trouble to keep their staff and customers safe. The beer garden had been arranged to keep tables several metres apart - even more than the guidelines I believe, see photo. Service was table service with call buttons on each table and staff well protected by face visors and careful to keep their distance from customers while serving. Friendly too!
All in all a very pleasant and safe feeling pint of ale in the afternoon sunshine. The food smelled pretty nice too but we didn't have time to sample it.
Nice country pub, with good food. Was quiet when we were there, service was good.
Nice beer and lovely friendly staff. Didn't have food as the kitchen was being renovated.

Very nice pub, didn't try the food but the service we got was pleasant and friendly. Relaxing atmosphere and comfortable sofas to sit on. Definitely want to try the food as the restaurant was quite busy. Usually a good sign.
