Seen a lot of bad reviews for this restaurant, which put us off going initially. But thought we would give it a try.
From what we seen none of the bad reviews are justified at all. All members of staff were polite and very efficient.
Went out their way to accommodate our 9 month old baby.
The food came quickly, starter and main courses with no issues.
Very well priced and the portion sizes were more than enough.
Food was as expected for the type of restaurant it is and the costs involved.

Would have been 5 stars however they could do with more staff and some training in customer service. Overall food was lovely. Service was slow at times
When we go away to a haven park we always go to mash and barrel we love the food and the staff are always welcoming and friendly
Really enjoyed my time here , Food was lovely , And Leo what a lovely lad polite and friendly , we will be back 😊

Staff were spot on but really expensive paid £13+ for a chicken sharer that was for 3 people, it definitely wasn't for 3 people
They atleast had the balls to attempt a blue steak it wasn't quiet blue but hats off for trying so tired of being told from various outlets we can't do blue or we don't know how to do a blue steak, there seems to be whole generations that dont know u can cook a steak in 3 seconds or less
The food was quick and it was amazing the food was so mouthwatering we all loved it if I had to say anything probably be they forgot the sugar and spoon for my husband's latte but will definitely go again
Nice atmosphere and very good service. Food is average to good but a bit pricey. All in all a pleasant experience for such a busy place.
