Our first visit to this Costa whilst visiting Berwick.
We only wanted a hot chocolate for mum.
The guy serving was nice and presented well.
Mum said the hot chocolate was good (no as good as her usual costa...)
The shop appeared clean, with a few customers sitting, though tbh I wasn't paying much attention that.
What can I say its a Costa coffee...

Popped in for a quick cuppa. Staff very friendly and a lovely atmosphere. 5 stars to you all.
Great place, nice friendly staff. Didn't rate food because I only ever buy coffee but I'm sure it's nice. Looking forward to returning 😀
Stopped in after a long walk around the walls was a nice atmosphere and the drink was very nice

Not a bad cafe, unfortunately just expensive as most Costas are. Decent to spend an hour or so in the morning, but it does get pretty full, even at 9 o'clock in the morning. Haven't tried all the food or coffee, but I've had an Americano before which I didn't really enjoy, but I can't fault Costa for my tastes. The tea is fine, but it's not difficult to put a tea bag in a pot with some hot water. Generally seems clean, if a little understaffed (pots + dirty cups are often left on tables for quite some time before they are moved.) I would put it as 3 1/2 if possible, but as I've never really had a "bad" experience here, I'll just set it as 4 stars (as of September 2017.)

Visited this cafe to get out of the bad weather. Service was good, the place was clean and although quite busy there was suitable seating available. The snacks are expensive but we returned the next day so not put off by the prices.
