Nice calm friendly little café right in the middle of the High Street. Enjoyed it. Fine about the well behaved dog called Pod
Very cozy and chilled place to get some simple breakfast. The atmosphere here is relaxing for an early morning session.
Overall we had a nice lunch. The service was good and the food appeared in a reasonable time. My wife and son enjoyed their meals. My daughter wasn't too keen on the ham in her toasted sandwich, she thought that it was cheap processed ham, I was also underwhelmed by the poor quality sausage in my br
We popped in towards the end of the day to get out of the rain with the family and a couple of dogs. The lady was super friendly and everyone enjoyed a hot drink too warm then up after walking in the rain. Good value at about £3/ drink (coffees and hot chocolates) The cakes looked amazing but we did
Visited here Sunday morning and had the 10 item breakfast. Absolutely brilliant. Piping hot and very tasty. It's a shame we only found this place on our last day of holiday.
We were wandering about Berwick centre pondering what we fancied when the wife saw their board and suggested it. The beef sandwich clinched it for me. Sadly it wasn't ready so I ordered the homemade lasagne. The wife had pork sandwich and the bairn had a bowl of chips. I wasn't expecting the portion
Stopped here on our drive up to Scotland and it was honestly one of the best cooked breakfasts I’ve had! Perfect eggs and fried bread you can tell the lady cooking the food really cares about this place.
Stopped on route to the South. Lovely food as normal Hadn't realised that I had given extra £5 for bill, but staff member never questioned it and gave me change (minus extra) so disappointed. Didn't realise I'd done it till grandkids wanted a drink further on in the journey. My own fault, should be
Very good 10 piece brea ekfast. Excellent food.We will go back. It's not snobbish or expensive.
I echo some of the previous comments, this is the type of cafe that I thought had died out. An honest little place serving well priced, tasty food. Friendly staff and a genuine care and attention to the food they serve (and the tea comes in a really big pot!).
A busy cafe, in a bustling town, the kinda place that you think would have did off 30 years ago still exists in all its glory in Berwick. Good food, and tea, would come back of I'm ever in these parts again.
We always dine here when at Berwick upon Tweed. Good friendly staff, lots of items to look at or buy, good choice of food and is always well presented and scrumptious
