The Lamb Berkhamsted - Berkhamsted - Photo album

This was our go to pub until it closed so we were pleased to see it back open. Still finding its feet a bit. We’ve had better Sunday roasts but it is very reasonably priced. No bookings so a bit of a gamble for big parties, but not too busy. No bitters or Guinness which was a bit disappointing if fo
Gorgeous little pub with charming asthetics! The staff are very friendly and do everything to make you feel welcome. I spoke with Hannah behind the bar, she was forthcoming with explaining all the choices of drinks! I went for a lemon cocktail and it was amazing!! The food too was very tasty! No com
Great night at The Lamb for a work gathering. Portions were a little on the smaller side so make sure you allow for this when ordering but the food itself was really nice. Would recommend the Hummus, Dirty Fries and Chocolate Brownie. The Duck Croquettes were just lacking a nice sauce to complement.
Fantastic pub come gastro dining experience. In the summer, the garden is a cute little courtyard but it actually curls up and back around the top of the pub so go a little further if you have trouble finding a seat. A bar / small drinking area can host you for a cocktail, glass of wine or pint. The
***BEST PUB IN BERKHAMSTED*** how anybody can criticise this place is beyond me. I come into the pub on a regular basis and I am always greeted by friendly faces and the staff having a good time! It’s hospitality for Christ sake.. nice to see people actually having fun working in the worst possible
Came for a few cocktails and the bar staff (didn't get his name) was great. Good conversation and great cocktails, if you did a 2-for-1 on cocktails it would be epic.
My first visit for lunch with a friend at The Lamb did not disappoint, the food and hospitality were superb. My delicious bowl of steaming mussels and a cheeky lunch time exquisite cocktail were just some of the highlights. The new owners have created a relaxed ambiance and friendly but professional
Wow! Stopped by for 'a pint' which turned into a marvellous malbec & fantastic fries, with GORGEOUS garlic mayo, and I did not want to leave! What a gem, such lovey staff🥰
Pop down on occasions, normally a week night. Even over christmas, whilst it was busy inside with people enjoying themselves in groups. There was plenty of space outside to enjoy a quiet couple of Guinness with a friend on the nice decking and handy roof/shelter over the tables. Staff super friendly
Very nice pub, friendly staff. Is open on Monday's.
Thoroughly enjoyed my Sunday lunch & the staff were all helpful & friendly
Honestly best roast I’ve had in a while. They aren’t stingy with the amount of food you get which makes for a lovely change to most places. It was cooked perfectly (We all went for chicken). The gravy was so good that I would probably drink it on its own… 10/10 would and will be going again and reco
Great service, fantastic cocktails and amazing food! I could not recommend more!
We are so pleased the lamb has reopened..
It was very busy on my visit and I was only looking for a quick drink, but the bar staff were super welcoming and made me feel really at home. There’s a small amount of seating out the front on the pavement which, given the busy location, is nice to watch the world go by from. Even though I was outs
The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the staff are amazing. The food menu is quite limited and we didn't see any specials on offer, but what we had was very good quality. It does seem a little expensive for pub grub though. An 8oz Rib eye steak with chips and a sauce for £28 and an 8oz fillet ste
