First time here, great experience, chap serving was knowledgeable about the coffees polite and friendly.
Fabulous frostino my first ever recommended if you love creamy cold yummy spoilt drinks and cakes too.
Felt safe sitting inside as they are following covid procedures.

Met work colleagues for a quick meeting/catchup. Nice coffee and a relaxed environment. Although the sizing is ridiculous a medium latte was basically a pint!
Not the best made Latte I've ever had the pleasure of drinking, but a nice enough taste, and considering it was half-an-hour before closing the staff were still friendly and accommodating. Toastie was hot & tasty as well.
Ok this is just a Costa selling the usual stuff you get in any of there establishments.
It's big and airy with a good size seating area outside which brings a nice continental vibe to the street.

We are huuuuge fans of our costas in Berko anyway,but have just watched a wonderful member of staff(a young man)treat a lady with special needs so amazingly well that i almost was brought to tears with his kindness.Such a lovely thing to watch,well done costa staff.
Coming here most of weekends. Very friendly, hard working and honest staff. They make a good tasting coffee too. Well done!
Friendly staff, quick service and clean premises
Very nice place; great staff, atmosphere and food. Good selection of coffee and drinks that are frequently refreshed. Fairly expensive.
