The Coach House - Bentham - Photo album

We recently spent a week in High Bentham we tried all the pubs and this was our favourite. We ate here 4 times and the food was excellent each time. The menu is varied with good veggie options and great value for money. It's very dog friendly. We were made to feel really welcome by the staff and loc
What an amazing place! Landlord was an absolute star, we were looking for a spot to eat and he let us wait and play pool (which he gave us a couple of games for free) whilst he got the kitchen all sorted and then we stayed and had very tasty meals. Then whiles me and the wife were waiting we notice
Lovely friendly classic pub. Classic pub grub. Old world, beams & decor. Never had steak & unicorn pie before. Everybody was super friendly. Kids enjoyed the games that were available for them to play.
We stayed one night with friends, staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. There was a good choice menu, and the food was well prepared and plentiful. We all chose different things battered fish, meat pie, halumi and roast pepper burger all served with chips. My husband chose the chicken
Absolutely love the coach house! Such a nice and friendly environment with staff that make you feel welcome. The food is also gorgeous and such a nice chage for a rural pub to offer the variety of vegetarian food that they do.
We didn't stay, just had food today. The staff checked as we hadn't booked but we were early. It was OK and the service was great. Food all home cooked and we enjoyed. Pub grub but just what we needed, cajun chicken burger. Whole chicken breast. Lovely. Fish and chips, super good and large portion.
Great food, friendly staff and a great lunch time menu at a great price.
Had a wonderful stay at Coach House and staff were brilliant, a number of times we had problems caused by our own doing and the staff were always on hand and extremely accomodating! A big thanks to Russell and Shannon for making our stay memorable and would highly recommend Coach House for anyone lo
Called in one Sunday, 2pm. 3 pints of Trooper, Lasagne, Chilli, Side order of chips. Couldn't have been better..
Brings back a lot of happy memories as far back as 1976.
Good food, had the chicken burger and lasagne, and good beer. Unfortunately the people of the table across from us were very loud, especially the woman with the screaching laugh. Other than that, lovely place. Would come again.
Went here on a Friday. Really nice people behind bar. Nice and warm pub with fire makes it really comfortable to enjoy your drink. Went back on Saturday to watch England match. Next time we come back definitely go to this pub cocktails nice too.
Used this pub as away for 2 days between £4.50-£5.50 for a pint, double gin with tonic around £7 and cocktail menu most were nice and strong enough! Only negative was the comfy couch was reserved at 19.45 for an old couple who bought a pint and a coffee during the football. Should be first come firs
Karl, Faye and team could not do anymore to make our stay unforgettable. It's the person touches that count! From allowing our four legged family members to stay, the great quality food and fab service. Everything was catered for. The team were welcoming from the minute we stepped in. Can not recomm
Great pub and hotel, very welcoming staff and landlord. Rooms really nice and good value, Including a fab breakfast. Food in the pub is a good price and super tasty. Lovely place to relax after a day walking, with good food company and a cold beer! Well behaved dogs welcome
Recently had new management & brewery wouldn't be fair to say at the moment that it's running it's best as new management has only just taken over but the one thing I would say the bed & beer are very good indeed
Nice dog friendly pub! Friendly staff and great food in a lovely village 👌🏼
Visited on 18th August 2023. Nice welcoming pub with great pub fayre. The Steak and Unicorn Ale Pie was excellent.
Clean, comfortable en suite room and friendly staff, especially the Eastern European barmaid, who was delightful. However, I was not impressed that a pub would accept an overnight booking and then be unable to offer any food. Surely at least one member of staff should have been capable of opening a
