Never had a problem at this McDonald’s. The food is always good and the staff an always busy so don’t mind waiting a few mins for my food.
The only thing is mention is every time I’m there the just eat drivers come in like they own the place and expect to be seen first.
Quarter pounder with cheese fine! Mozzarella sticks and salsa sauce delicious! Tea's fine. Fries - lukewarm and harder than we like them. Mitigating factor? We were there not long before it shut at 11pm.
Clean and tidy, staff are bright and helpful. Hit breakfast food and no issues with our service through out.
Something maybe the Pitsea branch should learn from perhaps ..
Been a few times recently, self order machines rarely work fully, recent visit machine was in "takeaway" option (10:45am) no option for table service via numbered locators. Main issue is the collection counter is not accessible due to the additional tables which have been put out for delivery courie
The food was hot and warm and the chips were salty just the way i like them. The young lady Daisy with glasses at the window was incredibly friendly and after dropping my straw due to the wind she personally handed me another with a warm smile. Would go again.
Just be aware if you go & park up if you're more than hour & a half it will cost you £100 fine has our party found out, great treat the kids & get a fine
Very nice breakfast, but think the manager needs to his job instead of talking to people and walking round, at least we know he did not put softner in his washing, what he has done in his garden, how he parks his car and what he is ordering from amazon. Must be nice to get paid talking about your pe

This actually wasn't the sleekest visit we've had to this McDonald's- there was a new guy training and it was busy with half term-but the team are so professional and clearly make a really strong effort I actually left feeling really good about this visit!
Food usually comes out cold and has to be replaced,but once they get it right then the food is perfect.Service wavers between good and bad...but we keep going back!!
Just went through drive through for a coffee. Great staff great interaction.
