Visited here for lunch today. Decor is lovely, spotlessly clean as well. Greeted with lovely smiles and made to feel welcome straight off. Waitress was extremely pleasant and attentive. Food was amazing and its presentation first class. A family run business and everyone very professional. Small lunchtime menu but more than enough choice. The evening menu looks fab, so will be back to try that, for sure! Also do a 2 course Sunday for 23.95...under 10's eat for £13.95. Please try, you will not be disappointed!!

This place really likes gold! On my visit it was the first time out for a 'date night' in 5 years and I'm not disappointed we chose this place. We were met at the door and seated immediately even though we were a little early for our reservation. The waitress was attentive and there were no long delays for any courses, she handled a slight error well and for her second shift performed really good. We had 3 courses a bottle of wine and two cocktails all for under £130. The food we ate that evening was all really good and we didn't have a bad course. The standout dish of the night was the sea bream, I cannot recommend it enough. My black Forrest baked Alaska was still frozen on the base (cherry compote section of the sponge) however it was still delicious. One slight criticism is that the music was really loud, it was upbeat music but made it difficult to have a private conversation. I have already recommended this location to my friends.
Went for Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday. Gorgeous decor, friendly atmosphere, attentive staff - even the cutlery and dinnerware were all on theme!
Portion sizes were huge, yorkshires the size of your head! But plenty of other options too! Roast was lovely, as were starters, deserts and drinks!
Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic meal for my mum's 70th . Table of ten and the service was outstanding. The food was also Incrediable. A great personal touch from all the staff and a really enjoyable afternoon at this fantastic restaurant ! Will 100% be back here again
What a 10/10 experience from the time we arrived to the time we left the service provided was amazing. The staff are so friendly, we were greeted at the door, served by Josh who was great.
Followed by the most delicious food and drinks. I could not fault one thing tonight. Its one of those little gems you go to and you just want to go back.

My daughter took me here for my birthday meal. The food was outstanding, very well presented and very tasty. The decor was very stylish and spotlessly clean. The staff were very welcoming and polite. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again.
Enjoyed our Christmas meal with friends. It was a nice evening and meal. Our waitress was really good and went out of her way to make our evening really nice.
1st time visit last night for a birthday celebration. There were 10 of us and the service was excellent.
Our waiter was so nice and nothing was to much trouble for him. He recommended some very nice drinks and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

The food from the weekday lunch menu was tasty and delicious and the size of the portions were more than adequate.

Friendly professional staff, highest level of comfort and surroundings with excellent food. Food portions adequate but would have loved just a little more, but still one of my favourite places to eat, already booked to go back later this month. They definitely deserve the 5 star's.
Finally got to visit after having last booking cancelled by me as I had an accident and was in hospital and my goodness it was worth the 6 month wait. Decor is beautiful. Food is amazing. Staff are absolutely wonderful attentive professional and so welcoming. Had a fantastic evening celebrating my other half's birthday. Went here last night (21 May). What a great place! The restaurant is richly decorated, tables are nicely spaced and seats are comfy, staff are very friendly. The food was terrific, we really couldn’t fault it. This is the best local restaurant we have been to for a long time.
Just got back after a lovely meal, quite stuffed! There was 8 of us celebrating our friends big birthday. Our waitress Faith, was lovely as were all the staff. Good selection of food, all cooked to perfection! A hidden gem in Benfleet!
