Absolutely amazing I have recently discovered one of the best fish and chips in the area so I thought today was the day to try out.
I would say 10 out of 10 very polite members of staff well organised a warm welcome in very clean and tidy and I will be visiting you sometime next week I will make it
Excellent food and not to greasy. Most items were packed in a box. Ordered a large variety of things, cod, pies, sausages, ribs, nuggets, scampi. All very nice and fresh.

I generally come to Howard's whenever I am in Benfleet, and it is one of my favourite chip shops. Food is always hot and tasty without exception. Staff are some of the kindest people you could ever meet. Cannot recommend enough it is so good.

Really good fish and chips - we had haddock which was really nice. Generous portion of chips. Friday evening is obviously very busy, but the staff are efficient and friendly. There seems to be plenty of other options apart from fish, but the fish is very good!
Ordered small cod & chips, a Saveloy & veggie burger & chips. The staff were friendly & welcoming. The food was on another level, fish, Saveloy & burger were lovely, but the chips were the best I’ve had from a chippy ever! Highly recommend! 👍

At last a fish and chip shop that lives up to the reviews. Chips were crispy and soft, the batter was crunchy and not dripping in oil. The cod was cooked to perfection. Definitely worth the drive from Laindon.
