This is probably one of the good Italian restaurant where you can enjoy your meal while having a good atmosphere and nice music on the back ground.

I had the Pasta Picante and the Panettone Bread and Butter pudding and I couldn't fault either of them, they tasted delicious. The service was great considering how busy they were at the time. A must-visit for Italian food fans!
Had a lovely lunch here. Staff and atmosphere fabulous. Good food, huge portions minus one star for lack of seasoning but that's just me. My friend loved hers.
Really enjoyed our lunch here. Service and helpfulness of the all staff was amazing, really felt like we were in Italy. Our food was delicious. I have only one disappointment, there is a limited choice on dessert for some food intolerances.
That said, I was offered a fruit berry dessert, however also allergic, which is my issue. I was happy with the amazing Italian coffee instead

Fantastic little Italian restaurant in Benfleet. Always busy so book ahead lovely atmosphere great food and service.
Looks very weird from the outside. Inside it's lovely. The place was chocker and everyones' food looked amazing.
Staff are very friendly and our food was delicious.

Lovely food, a little bit noisy/lively so not the cosiest/romantic and whilst the service was good, we had to catch the waiter/waitress for more drinks etc. But the food was lovely, and overall was a very enjoyable experience.

Gambero D'Oro is a fantastic authentic Italian restaurant. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are generous. The service is always good as well. I highly recommend the garlic pizza bread with mozzarella for a starter and the nduja linguine for a main if you like a bit of a kick 🤌🍝
Great restaurant, staff are polite, attentive and professional. Food quality is outstanding, and I have always had an excellent experience visiting the restaurant.
At the moment for me this is the best Italian in the Benfleet area. Not overly expensive. It's not a big place though so if you have a larger party you'd need to book well in advance. Parking is only available in the pub next door which requires you to buy a drink in there or pay a fee. There is a station car park nearby which you can park at but you'd need to check the charges that apply in the evening. School lane ncp car park.
Lovey meal this evening only problem had to pay parking fine as restaurant don't have there own cat park it was dark didn't see pub parking notice .
