This is palce of deliciousness, they make THE best ice creams in Derbyshire and maybe in the country. Combine ice creams with meringue nest/pancakes/waffles and you are in for a treat.
The staff are helpful and friendly the food is freshly prepared and very tasty.
Now the important bit.
The Ice Cream.
Wow the ice cream is soft and smooth and the flavours are exceptional.
Spacious, peaceful and friendly space to grab a coffee and cake. I can recommend the oat milk flat white and white chocolate and cranberry flapjack! Menu has lots of options, looks child friendly too and best of all, great ethos!
Popped in, to check it out. Menu looks great. I just had coffee and a bit of cake. Coffee was very good and interesting to read about the coffee bean company they use and their ethics.
The white chocolate pecan shortbread was amazing. Never had that before.
Will be back with the kids at some point t
Unusual but really interesting menu, if you have a sweet tooth it's better! High ethical standards on sources of coffee etc. Really nice staff, eager to please. We will definitely go again especially with our grandson - ice-cream heaven!
Have driven past here a few times and always wondered what it was like. On an absolutely red hot day we decided to visit.
Was not disappointed, they had quite a few choices of Ice creams, with Vegan varieties.
We ate in, the place was clean and very modern.
Would visit again.
Such a great experience here today. Paul and the team were so helpful and friendly, I was able to try the flavours so I could make the best combination. I am lactose intolerant and had a delicious two scoops (passion fruit sorbet and raspberry & lime sorbet) and took a take-away pot home for later (
First time visiting here & so glad we did. Very clean and tidy. The ice cream was full of flavour & the homemade rocky road was very tasty. Thank u so much to the Really lovely friendly staff who are so helpful. Highly recommend a visit.
Lovely cosy atmosphere, delicious ice cream and generous portion sizes. I was so impressed with the range of vegan ice cream and at how yummy it was. Far better than anything I have tasted before! I'm looking forward to going back for lunch next time as the lunch menu looked great too.
They have gluten free cones! I was so happy as I haven't had a cone in years. They also have several gf cakes and even fresh gf waffles!
