Great coffee and amazing cakes!! Food always freshly made with lovely friendly staff. Great homemade cakes-my favourite is the cherry and almond always nice to sit in the courtyard too when the weather is fair! Highly recommend

I enjoyed a lovely lunch here last week after a shopping trip to the antiques centre. The food was delicious and well presented. I had a baked potato with a side salad. The potato was perfectly cooked and the side salad was very colourful and fresh. There was a large range of salad dressings to choose from, and the whole meal was extremely tasty and generously proportioned. The staff were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop for an impromptu lunch!

When we arrived there was a sign which said wait here to be seated so we did. We were then asked in to the counter and asked which table we were seated at which we didn't have. Not a good start. Having said that once the slight hitches were sorted. The coffee and cake that we got were really good and the service was great.

Cute courtyard cafe in a historical building in Belper, Derbyshire. Food was great and the staff were friendly. If disabled the toilets are outside and up some stairs so no wheelchair friendly.

Lovely cafe with friendly staff. The drinks were really well made and served in nice glasses. The scones were delicious and the paninis come with a really good side salad and crisps. Really enjoyed our visit.

Lauren's is a lovely cafe situated in De Bradelie, Belper. The staff are very friendly and the place was well kept. We sat outside and had a babycino, pot of tea, shortbread biscuit and a slice of chocolate and rum cake. Altogether this cost £7.50. There is a menu on with hot and cold food available, with a children's menu at the back. A quaint little coffee shop worth walking down from the high street for!
