Simply a lovely rustic place to get a bite to eat, food is good quality and tasty. Don't expect fine dining, This place is meant to be slightly rustic which in turn gives you a nice warm homely feeling. Staff are lovely also

It's great. In the summer we sit in the back yard with our dog and I have scrambled egg on toast. My wife has a small english and we both have coffee. Then I have a toasted tea cake. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
I was looking for an independent coffee shop in Belper that was open on Monday as a few tend to be closed. Anyway I hadn't tried this before and had good reviews so thought I'd give it a try.
