Lovely country pub serving several casked and kegged ales. Some of which are changing guests. Really nice character and ambience inside the pub. Serves food. Cold and warm bar snacks available . I am not lying when I say this was THE BEST Pub I have been able to visit In my Life!!!! The design and atmosphere was amazing, even The people (Both guests and Staff) were friendly!!!! An amazing range of Gluten Free (most of The Menu could be made without gluten) and Vegan/Vegetarian options I hav
Exactly what a pub should be. Beautiful traditional decor - which shows it is definitely a pub (not gastro nonsense). Friendly staff, great atmosphere and a bonus of a range of vegan options for food! Our food was delicious and will definitely be returning. If I could give more stars I would. 🌟

We didn't have any food, but the beer is in brilliant condition (some brews are served from a gallon jug brought by hand from the cellar). The pub feels old, eccentric and has a great atmosphere. I've been an occasional customer for 45 years and it's just as good as ever. The Holly Bush, Makeney,
