Where should I start? First of all we paid for garlic dips and even after I called a store they never arrived. We got 3 pizzas, 2 large on regular crust and 1 medium gluten free. The order came on time, but was incomplete. Sadly this is not the first time. So far haven’t been able to reach them to discuss as their contact number simply rings out.

Store happily took money and order. No one turned up. After contacting customer services I was informed their ovens were not working. Basically they are running a fraudulent business. If I did not chase after this they would have happily taken my money. If you order from this shop good luck!

Haven't had any delivery issues as other people have but the pizza is possibly the worst pizza you'll ever eat. Tough, overcooked, chewy dough. The toppings don't taste fresh. I assume no one from head office has ever been here or tasted anything because if they did they would disown this place imm

Just taken my last ever delivery from Pizza Hut North Street after waiting over an hour and a half, only to be handed a cold pizza by an extremely rude delivery driver. When I suggested we shouldn’t have to pay for it he gleefully told me “You already have”. No apology, just a claim that they’re bus

I have never written a review before online, but this Pizza Hut is SO BAD that I felt obliged to make one. NEVER BUY FROM HERE. It's amazing how similar my experience was to others on here. Late food; cold; box falling apart; greasy; no one answering the phone. This place is being run by clowns.

Hour and 15 minutes to deliver. After the 45 minutes, called the shop said it was out for delivery, they would call the driver and get back to me, never did. So I called a further 8 times with no one answer to the shop. Half an hour later food arrived barely warm. Never again!!!!

We ordered online and they took payment, but they didn't deliver the pizza and they don't answer the phone. We will need to pursue a chargeback against them in hopes of getting the money... And go to bed without eating as this was the dinner plan tonight. Awful experience, and completely unacceptabl
