Best Indian takeaway in the area. The staff remember the names of their regular customers and greet them kindly. We have a Friday night takeaway and without fail always satisfied. South Indian, lamb and spinach, chicken tikka meal are all great.

The madras is lush in flavour but its dam hot. I opt for the house curry now. It's really tasty and has just enough kick.

I have been using this place for over 20 years and it is consistently excellent and great value. Buffet family meal is recommended. £20 feeds a family of 4 for two days. The kitchen is in plain view and I know of people who travel from Glasgow to use it after it was recommended. Probably a Carlsberg
